The video is informative, not necessarily a tutorial. But if you play a little with the platform, you will understand how it works. You also have other options apart from the SalesIQ script. I've been helping Zoho customers with Zoho software integrations for a few years now.
I echo David's comment. This wasn't a simple 'start from scratch' video at all. If you use the templates as the start point, you're starting with a very complex script. It would be helpful to start from a blank page and show the correct syntax used for if statements, etc (it's different to any other language I've used before). What's frustrating is that Zobots are clearly enormously powerful - they're fantastic - but Zoho doesn;t make it easy to understand how they work.
The tutorial is not good for beginner, I watched both Basic and Advance yet not practicable. Create a 30 mins video building bot from scratch with Sale IQ scripts , show clicks of button not commenting out prefilled script both videos is more like letting you know what you can do with the Sale Iq script one cannot get started with them. Really annoying
