I had a knife on the table one night next to my bible. Feeling the lowest and most fearful from a pass sin brought present. I picked up the bible instead and started listening to sermons. Praying from deep within. I'm still going through it, but I KNOW The Lord is ALWAYS with me.

I stopped focusing on what others told me I need to do and I stopped doing things to impress others and accepted myself for me and chose to live for God only. His will not ours. This seems like a message send from above at the right time. I'm listening. I've been dealing with PTSD for several years and everything that comes with it(Anxiety and depression). I am getting the help I need, but sometimes it feels like I'm not making any progress. It's been an extremely difficult past few weeks. Feel like I'm here without being here. Not sure if that makes sense. I've been struggling to get out of my room and crying consistently. I know God is with me and I lay my trust in him. I thank him for getting these words to me in a time of hopelessness. I believe and I trust in you God.

Hey it took me 3 attempts the past 9 months with going through different group therapy sessions for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. However, I knew who I was and how I was brought up. I told them they can keep that medication, and Jesus will fill my prescription. I went and started individual counseling with a Christian doctor from my church one a week. I can tell you the only tears I have cried in the past 3 months are tears of Joy. No more crying and staying in the room because of sadness and hopelessness. If I'm in the room now for an extended period of time, its because I am Praising and Thanking Jesus for bringing me out of darkness. I seek his word daily, and pray daily. He is the Bright Light that shines even on the most cloudy day. Stay Encouraged, God Bless You

I'm going through a terrible storm now !! Only God knows about it completely. Some of my best friends know some of it, very less is known to my parents but God knows everything. I'm travelling now and listening to this sermon and it made my tears roll down. I just couldn't control it. I will never lose Hope. When Peter was scared when he walked on water in that terrible Storm, Jesus held him up. When the disciples were terrified of the storm, jesus calmed it down. The same thing he'll do for us. He's shaping us into warriors who can sustain the sufferings thrown at us. But what's important is that he'll take us out of this Storm by his own way, in his perfect timing. For now l am learning so much from the social media and meeting people who offer me opportunities, also try to serve others this time, you don't know where your key to open doors will come from. Read as much as you can and practice so that when you are out socializing your conversation have substance and people will notice you and remember you... go out there and use every know as stepping stones, learning till you get your yes.

This seems like a message send from above at the right time. I'm listening. I've been dealing with PTSD for several years and everything that comes with it(Anxiety and depression). I am getting the help I need, but sometimes it feels like I'm not making any progress. It's been an extremely difficult past few weeks. Feel like I'm here without being here. Not sure if that makes sense. I've been struggling to get out of my room and crying consistently. I know God is with me and I lay my trust in him. I thank him for getting these words to me in a time of hopelessness. I believe and I trust in you God.

Everything will work out, just pray daily and give thanks to God in everything. He will see you through. Hey it took me 3 attempts the past 9 months with going through different group therapy sessions for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. However, I knew who I was and how I was brought up. I told them they can keep that medication, and Jesus will fill my prescription. I went and started individual counseling with a Christian doctor from my church one a week.
I can tell you the only tears I have cried in the past 3 months are tears of Joy. No more crying and staying in the room because of sadness and hopelessness. If I'm in the room now for an extended period of time, its because I am Praising and Thanking Jesus for bringing me out of darkness. I seek his word daily, and pray daily. He is the Bright Light that shines even on the most cloudy day.

I'm going through a terrible storm now !! Only God knows about it completely. Some of my best friends know some of it, very less is known to my parents but God knows everything. I'm travelling now and listening to this sermon and it made my tears roll down. I just couldn't control it. I will never lose Hope. When Peter was scared when he walked on water in that terrible Storm, Jesus held him up. When the disciples were terrified of the storm, jesus calmed it down. The same thing he'll do for us. He's shaping us into warriors who can sustain the sufferings thrown at us. But what's important is that he'll take us out of this Storm by his own way, in his perfect timing. Never lose hope my brothers and sisters 🙏🙏

For now l am learning so much from the social media and meeting people who offer me opportunities, also try to serve others this time, you don't know where your key to open doors will come from. Read as much as you can and practice so that when you are out socializing your conversation have substance and people will notice you and remember you... go out there and use every know as stepping stones, learning till you get your yes.
