0:20 I wish Azalea trees had their own unique wood instead of just using the oak look/texture. They're so rare that I feel like they should have a unique wood type to them.
@@jolantalatviete1447 Yes, all you have to do is find a Lush Cave. That is easy because Lush Caves and Dripstone Caves are two of the three cave biomes and are the only two cave biomes that are above Y-Level 51 as for the third...the only other cave variant is the Deep Dark which is the only cave biome to be found under Y-Level 51...Also the only one to be guarded by non-boss mob.
Actually with powdered snow...not only do you not take damage while wearing leather armor but you go into it,climb it,walk through etc. Imagine the hidden base potential with that
The crazy thing about the echo shard is that when I first saw it, something about it felt off and other-worldly. Not that I thought it was a bad texture, it was just inherently unsettling, but I couldn't put my finger on why. Now I realize that it's because it's "backwards" in terms of minecraft conventions.
I think it has some symbolism in the name too. "Echo" is often related to mirrors as well, so it could be mirrored in the literal sense because it's an "echo" of the amethyst shard.
The flipped orientation of the echo shard is probably to improve accessibility for people with color blindness. They changed the shape of ore minerals (diamond being the one that kept its shape) for the same reason.
@@shrek1745 Not really much of a problem. With Bricks most are already pretty much same colors, just darker and lighter, so it would be the same for a colorblind person. Only challenge might be endstone and quartz bricks. Prismarine also has a unique pattern. And for the ingots really only the gold would be effected, as iron and netherite would look the same to a colorblind person, and even the gold ingot will show up lighter than the iron
Do you mean like George, from that one SMP? I heard he is color blind...do you know if there are other streamers who are color blind as well? I want to know so I can support their channels.
I must do further research into these splash effect arrows... My theory is that they hurt blazes more than regular arrows... Or maybe it puts the blaze fire out so they can not attack you at range.
Minecraft veteran here, I've been playing the game since 2013/1.4.7, and while I know nearly everything there is to this game- I realized that I didn't know completely everything thanks to your videos. I love learning more about this game that I cherish and appreciate the content so much, have a good day! :)
I think I normally collected the azalea leaves until a couple days ago, when I let it decay and found the mini bush floating. I thought it was funny that that was the first thing you mentioned since I just discovered that, even though the azalea tree has been around for a while now.
genuinely didn't know quite a bit of this. crazy how even after thousands of hours i'm still learning. also i feel like you just wanted a reason to use those goofy axolotal trails at the end :)
Those all exist. Dark forests are basically forests whose canopies are so close together that kittle light reaches the forest floor, cavws can have plant growth in them (somewhat, probably bot to the extent and depth as lush caves), and ice spikes are likely based off of "nieves penitentes".
I’m actually impressed. I’ve seen sooo many videos with a similar name and I always know everything, this video actually had some things I’ve never heard before
The jungle pyramid could be from the coding of structures, using context clues from the brick pyramid testing structure and one of the earliest structures being the dessert pyramid, it can be inferred that “pyramid” was used in old Minecraft for any single building structure, and they most likely just never bothered to change it :)
Sculk Vein also stops water and lava similar to Glow Lichen does. Also dont believe the Ice Spikes biome happens in real life at all, at least not the very tall ice spikes.
Ice spikes as tall as those in Minecraft don't happen, but smaller ice spikes (still up to 5 meters tall) actually do happen naturally! I thought I remembered seeing the Wikipedia page on "penitentes" or "nieves penitentes" linked on the MC wiki page for the ice spikes biome, but I couldn't find it. It's on Wikipedia regardless, and while I was searching for it, I also found a page on a separate phenomenon called "ice spikes" that form through a different mechanism. I would give both a read :)
I often collect "useless" blocks like glowing lichen, vines or shells, because I like to use them in houses or for later use in builds. Glowing lichen is actually nice looking on walls or glassblocks (I used it on greenhouse exterior, it makes it look more natural and blend with enviroment)
Hey Eye, if I grow an Azalea tree from a regular azalea bush it will have regular azalea leaves and a few flowering azalea leaves, but if I grow an Azalea tree from a flowering azalea bush will it become a Azalea tree with only flowering azalea leaves? Sorry if this is confusing to read lol
About enderman having silk touch, they do but one block they can't have in their hands (at least in Bedrock) is the Powder snow, they can collect it but once they do it it will instantly be removed because it can only be collected by a bucket. This is horrible for froglight farms xd
I like that piercing trivia. Makes crossbows that much more interesting to use for PvP. Most especially since my friends are gonna have a tournament in our SMP soon. 😂
thing i love to do in minecraft is have multiple piercing enchanted crossbows and rapid fire them. downside reloading crossbows sucks regardless of the quick drawing enchantment but.... it's still hella fun to just unload a sudden volley of death to clear large groups or just to do some burst damage from range
They don’t have silk touch. 13:00 The contrast is they don’t have the ability to break blocks. So they can’t process things like stone into cobblestone. They simply pick it up as it.
Permanent. Although the effects of regional difficulty aren't as dramatic as they're made out to be in the video. In particular, it doesn't affect spawning rates. I'd check the difficulty page of the wiki for more details.
I wish you could just wash all snow of a mountain peak to expose all the iron and coal since it takes alot of shovels breaking to remove the multiple layers of snow
Love watching your uploads not only do I learn more about minecraft but I enjoy your style of vids, I am 36 so an older new player and I do not enjoy being screamed at while I am trying to learn more like with alot of the utube minecrafters, I like your chilled and helpful uploads much much more 😊 thank you for this upload.
Actually all of those structured are counted because many myan peramids are square on top. A pyramid does not only count visable, and pyramids often continue under ground. So looking at floor 1 you get a deceptive view. The fact is under the ground often they are far larger and the further you go the more there is to each level. Unlike egyp they built pyramids where they mined gold from and filled in. Thats why the ground there is so level.
That's my guess, he mentioned it and I immediately called bs, but then realized he plays Java (just watch how the poor guy has to tip arrows). It does work with the skulk one though, even on normal minecraft.
On bedrock you can use the shield to bounce arrows back at who/what ever shot them which is very handy and not something I realised for ages as I come from java where you just end up looking like a pin cushion.
How to easily beat village raids: splash potion invisibility+villager=good. That plus dispenser full of protection armor+villagers (you can dispense armor onto villagers even if you can't see it)=great :) p.s. invisible iron golems are some predator type s#$@ during a raid.
I think the lack of mixing colors for wolves makes sense since it's just the collar but they shouldn't have any color to begin with it should just be their normal skin texture before you dye it
But the collar is the way you can tell they are tamed. They look exactly like wild wolves without it. However if you want the look of no collar then you can use a light grey one, blends right in.
You could still tell if it's tamed by it's behavior that way someone can have a red collar and it's still distinguishable from anyone else's dog . I guess that does make it a bit tricky
There used to a time when earth was dominated by mushrooms, before the time of plants. And some stood tall as the trees of today. They broke down rock into the soil we know of today to some extend.
It's an only Java thing, or legacy if you play PS3/Xbox 360. You have to get a lingering potion and combine it with arrows to get tipped arrows. You get less, and it takes an extra ingredient (dragons breath). Normally you can just use a cauldron.
Gonna binge these videos until my 2 week Minecraft addiction wears off again

Technically mushroom islands were a thing. Before we had trees, we had mega-shroom trees that helped breakdown the rocky earth

Another way to ignite a campfire without a flaming enchantment is shooting an arrow trough lava what hits the campfire
Of you make a zombie walk over it during under the sun.
Really great and helpful content 🔥

Glistering melons also face the same way the echo shards do.
Here's another fact: You can not reload resource packs while in the gui (inventory, furnace, pause menu, etc.).
