Not only did I want a father, I wanted one like Josh. One day I hope to become a father like you :)

This kind of mentorship between a father and son is everything. Boys literally need it. Josh is a good dude - and my longtime favorite crossfitter.

I freaking wish I had a dad that trained and taught me like this when I was that age.

Right on! Working out with my youngest son is a great joy for me. I taught both sons to ski when they were 4 & 7 (now 17 & 20) and sharing those moments in the great outdoors is also a great bonding experience. My youngest and I look forward to all of your installments and we "pay the man".

Glad the boys are paying their old man. They’re going to be too strong! Hey when are the light blue shirts with white skull and cross bones coming back? I am ready to pay the man for these.
    You’re an inspiration. Thanks

Training my 11 & 13 year old nephews right now (basketball & gym) what’s the best exercises to start with?

In my opinion. Cleans and power cleans, will be the best overall exercises to transfer to sports and athleticism.

Техника выполнения конечно спорная. Может ребятам надо было походить к профессиональным тяжелоатлетам?
