      It's just simple you need to practice few days only .. you can do it really

      Believe me, you can do it. You don't have to do it fast. Take your time. I did it for my Sauerkraut with the Second Try. I learn with my mistakes.

    Julienne is my favorite type of cutting. I make my own Sauerkraut using julienne. Everybody likes it, although I’m just a beginner.

    Why did we remove the centre part? Is it not edible?

      It's ediable but it's heard to Cook with other part if cabbage .. its take more time ti cook and some time we cannot chew easily.. so professionally we are not using the heard part of cabbage if you want to use you can but it's little bit hard to cook.

      It's fine Julienne... Shredded is what is done with the help of a knife with fork or with ur fingers... I am correct it's fine Julienne.

      Shredded means chirna hota hai jaisa chicken breast ko sandwich or Chinese soup k liye kiya jata hai yeh fine Julienne hai. Fork ki masala ya knife ki madat se .
