Hello Manu, I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this, but please know you're not alone. It's important to prioritize both your mental and physical health. Here are a few things that might help: Seek Professional Help: Consult a doctor or a specialist if your current treatment isn't working. Sometimes a second opinion or therapy can help more effectively. Talk to Someone: Reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or counselor. Sharing what you're feeling can reduce the weight of it. Small Steps for Mental Health: Try mindfulness, deep breathing, or journaling. It can help shift focus from negative thoughts. Exercise, even light stretching, can improve mood. Set Small, Achievable Goals: Take things one day at a time. Small victories can build up your confidence and well-being. You're valuable, and your life has meaning. Reach out to professionals for both your physical and mental health, and stay connected with people who care about you. Keep fighting, things can get better. All the best. I am sure you will do good things in life. Life is very precious never thinks negative don't give up. You will achieve your goals. Stay blessed God Bless you.

Hello Yes, sub-inspectors who have completed 5 years of service (including a training period) are eligible to appear in the LDCE. Sub-inspectors from any paramilitary (i.e. CISF, CRPF, SSB, BSF, ITBP) can become an Asst. Commandant in their respective force after clearing the LDCE. Dates are subject to change. This is taken as an example. Hopefully, Your doubts have been removed now. The LDCE for Assistant Commandant conducted by UPSC requires candidates to: Be graduates from a recognized university. Have four years of regular service as Sub Inspector (GD) or Inspector (GD) by January 1, 2023. Maintain a clean service record until the appointment. Be under 35 years of age as of August 1, 2023. NCC 'B' or 'C' certificates may be considered during the interview. Thank You. All the best.

However, if married, they can get family quarters at the Battalion HQ after completing training. Hopefully this will be help you to clear your query. Thank You. All The Best.

Now right now I am working in bihar excise police as a constable
My salary is 37k right now
I am happy
I got enough time for studies for bihar si and bpsc

And I feel so lucky and by help of God I clear excise exam and NY family support me
But I have so much respect for bsf soldiers and I also want that govt increase their salary and facility that they really deserve
Some of my friends are in bsf
And when I talk to them
Every one is unsatisfy yaa they are very proud but unsatisfy
If they get chance to join civil job in same pay scale they leave bsf

Hello Manu,
I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this, but please know you're not alone. It's important to prioritize both your mental and physical health. Here are a few things that might help:
Seek Professional Help: Consult a doctor or a specialist if your current treatment isn't working.

After that, they flex about leaving the job after selection. You’re not suited for the armed forces-didn’t you realize this earlier? I am not targeting anyone but please think about it.
My dear friend- Why did you appear for SSC-CGL 2024 exam then?
I understand your frustration, but I believe it's important to respect everyone's choices and circumstances.
With due respect, sir, I am a SSC aspirant, and I shared my point because you are a mentor who helps aspirants make clear decisions. CAPF is totally different from civil services, and who knows this better than you. Circumstances are never entirely under our control. I noticed these things are common in the CAPF AC exam, that’s why I shared my views. I listened to your whole story, and it is truly an inspirational one.

Promotion is very slow in capf??how far true is it....???
Promotions in CAPF are vacancy based as on date.
So, all the CAPFs have different promotion timelines.
Come and join BSF you will understand why people leave BSF
You resigned because of personal cause and to fulfill your desire of exposing your caliber towards higher challenges.
But we do see large in number CAPF guys have quitted in recent years, what are the root cause of that issue?
I'll be creating content on that soon.
Sir in assistant commandant,do we get to live with family? How many times we get leaves to visit family?
An Assistant Commandant (AC) in the Border Security Force (BSF) is usually posted as a company commander on the border and is often not allowed to keep their family with them. However, if married, they can get family quarters at the Battalion HQ after completing training. Hopefully this will be help you to clear your query. Thank You. All The Best.
