You two make a wonderful pair. I'm sure the kinks will get worked out between you soon. Honestly, I just love watching how you resettle when you do happen to get a bit flustered because you always take responsibility for your part of the interactions and focus on improvements. You clearly understand that not everything is going to as planned. So, you set reasonable expectations and work towards encouraging your horses to manage the parts of any ride that they can which lets you try focus on handling the other parts.
All the effort you’ve put in this season on your dressage movements is really showing! I love seeing the progress!

Elisa you did wonderfully. Riot did a fantastic job at everything. What a pair.
In dressage he showed such lovely animation. He really seemed to be enjoying himself and working with you because it was a challenge for him too! His ears were perked and he seemed to almost dance a few times when he got it right. But subtly so as not to throw off his stride.
In show jumping he was alert and really mindful of his hind feet. Really nice!
The cross country was really nice. Riot has such a wonderful stride and he moves out and jumps so effortlessly and I love the way you sit a horse. You are such a quiet rider and I mean that as a real compliment. Well done!
I just love team Wallace….what a team of equine enthusiasts and it shows. Horses look happy, not like slaves…makes me smile

Its so amazing to see even a 5 star eventer make mistakes or panic mid course and get a little handsy. Its something everyone struggles with and its so refreshing to see even pros making the same mistakes i do!
He is such a star and horse for the future. He hasn’t come anywhere near his potential yet!!

I wish that I could go down to Florida to show, but I can’t get. I was thinking to try and do a project horse and If I chose to take that horse to college, maybe head down to Florida and show down there. Idk. 😆

I love Ry, he's coming along so well! My other faves are Munson, Wy, Rune but of course no one compares to Johnny! I have a very good feeling about Ron, too. Not to forget Sharpie, Eton, or Lee but the others caught me by being quirky

It’s all about perspective on certain horses sure seems big, on others that need a bigger fence to hold them off the small ones are not always that fun.
Riot looked very fit and full of run at the end of XC.
