And he traveled the land, deliberately going the wrong direction in hopes of finding a hidden spirit on a cliff or behind a rock. Most the the time there wasn’t one.
A little trick I learned quickly. At the end of a battle, Brian jumps back into the heading position that he was in when the encounter started. All you have to do is go straight forward to get back on track. Knowing that makes the blue tunnel infinitely more bearable let me tell you.
@@freespace2dotcom UNLESS you fled from battle or used an item to escape. Brian only auto-corrects his direction if you actually won the battle. If you end up in an area where the monsters are too tough to beat, you'll end up getting lost and probably eaten.
@@iancomtois9832 You are correct. I forgot to mention that. HOWEVER. When a battle begins, Brian is facing the direction he was when the encounter started. If you keep that in mind when you choose a direction to flee in, you can easily re correct into that direction after escaping.

Woo! Just finished the battle and leveled up! *wait... WHAT DIRECTION WAS I HEADING!?*

Let's not forget that the in-game compass can help, too. Just pay attention and keep your head in the game, and you'll be fine.

One of my favorite field themes in the JRPG genre. So nostalgic and it has the oomph of adventure into it.

If THQ hadn't shipped it to beat OOT it could've been an amazing game.
Skaaaa i dont even see how thats realistic considering they are completely different genres
That's why though I'm not even joking. THQ shipped it out too early cause they didn't want to compete with OOT
