you can alpha lock the layers, which helps with fill colors especially like the shadow layer of the video and if you deselect the background in the layers menu then go to the wrench you can copy the canvas to easily transfer over to a different one.
I completely forgot about alpha lock , thanks for the heads up . I still look at this program as a second though and not really professionally so I need to do way more research into it . And that copy canvas is crazyyyy thank you
Good video 🦾 when selecting the shadows since its on its on layer and its a color you could of just went to hue adjustment to change that layer color easier without having to select it at all

in the same video if your referring to the logo process, just later on
procreate is the best in my opinion for creativity and ease of use plus you can practically do the same things as photoshop
