Also idk I’ve personally Beat iron reapers with them. I just let them charge me brace and use the 1 ability to block incoming damage and it does block quite a bit into knights gambit and they do work on reapers.
The timing of a unit entering the battlefield and the upper limit on the number of attacks are key. The difficulty of operation makes this group of units extremely fun.
Also the brace and then the ability right before you get charged by purple cav and Catas saves them and you can kill a good amount of the cav. Unfortunately though hussars will kill them still and I assume yolo cav will too but never remembered to test that. Personally I think the thing with bottom line is to X them into the blob knights gambit then brace them in and hold it if you can for a few seconds for the healing they get and then use the 1 ability and hopefully knights gambit will be close to back off cd lol.
so much different after the buff like what i see 2000 to 3000 dmg bottom line and in top line 4000+ and cooldown less time also use his doc will be more different heal and dmg more so thx for videos.
They really aren’t that much different with the buff lol. The difference is he tried to play them vs the first video he kind of just inted them into their deaths in bad situations. They were good before people just played them wrong and too aggressively.
If you quick there one ability twice back to back the immediately perform their knights defense attack and you don't have to sit there while their braced in a fight
They performed better in Defence side, you missed the potential in my opinion When you are in the prep stance and they are on full health, the next ability give them 30% more Health and more damage.
It feels decent and it’s even better now that they hit even more units with their knights gambit than before. Stacks up the hits that much quicker. I got lucky and have 2 so I don’t have to beat my self up figuring out which to use it on but it’s definitely good on them. It’s probably even better when top line and your knights gambit is like a 11 sec cd and it pumps.
There stance is still so incredible useless 😂 They Deal no dmg and to wait half a minute for them to heal up is just not worth it. There buff at 100% does it take effect for each soldier or the whole unit has to be full health, do you need to acually heal or can also use it at full hp and get the buff? But 2%, to wait up to 50sec to get any benefit .. ofc the enemy waits for you and the whole battle doesn’t continue 😂 how long does the buff wait, can I heal move and 1min later I use an ability it gets the buff? It’s just insane bad, only there 2 is good and yes too vet all the way. There new event doctrine has the exact problems I just mentioned
@@klaasvaak2575 Narrow way of looking at it. Their goal for the game as they stated is to base the dynamics of the battlefield around gold tier units. They have buffed the Iron Reapers to a good place just recently and they aren't even a seasonal unit. Varangians definitely need a buff so I don't find it unlikely that they will buff the unit. The Zweihanders are very similar in use to the Varangians as well.
I learn a lot from your content, Its educational as well as entertaining.
Appreciate the update plum! Great vid

Good news then, I just can’t wait to unlock them, thanks for video Mr.Plum.

They do look impressive now, cant wait to unlock them
I met a guy in the tunnel, I got a group of landsknechts, he’s got zweihanders. Brace, charge, wiped them out😅😅😅
The new doctrine from doctrine dash i think is good.

Good stuff mate. They will get another buff soon, hope it makes them good. They seem a bit squishy for my taste
the buff was nice but it doesn feel like a t5 unit for me
They should have trait : very heavy armor for survive in big fight
And condition for get max hp & dmg buff is hard to use
Make a video with iron reapers and Combat doctrine

I used there bottom line. I just prefer top line. I got what your saying dude. Just My personal preference.
You kinda have to go top line 😂 unless you stack full defence health doctrine with a combat doc
is epic combat doctrine useful on that unit?
I didn't feel like it was that great for them. I moved it to reapers and that does feel great!

Can you do a vids on reapers soon plz
10/13 PTR these get more buffs

It seems that the devs are watching your vids lol. Now make a rant about varangians so they can buff them too :((
Haha, I don't think they are watching, but maybe I will revisit the VG again for you 😊
@@Plumsionyes pls, im unlocking that unit and i dont know what path to choose
