That outside passing is tough to defend. My guard got melted at an open mat recently by a guy who was good at it.

When I take the back, i like to do one leg across the stomach and the other foot stepping on his hip. Its kinda like a back triangle but you are more mobile. Have you tried that one? If so what your pros and cons on that one.
Litteraly a worse body triangle its a the version for people who do not have the flexibility or the leg length to do so
What happened at GI Everett when you were showing footage to the ref?
My op did a Kani Basami (scissor takedown) and should have been dq’d but the ref didn’t lol ended up winning the match but even if I had lost the ref said he would’ve reversed it 😅
@@Carsahh ohh lol that’s trash Kani basami dangerous enough when you’re expecting it. But to do it in a division that don’t allow it should be dq for the whole day all events smh
