    Dude! Your video helped me create something new for myself!
    I recently won a ring, and it was slightly too big. So instead of using tape to help adjust the size, and im struggling to find the ring adjusters just for changing the ring size, I did the cobra knot around the bottom band to take up some of the extra space, and it worked perfectly, and looks really cool!! I wish i had a way to show you what I did!!
    But thank you!!!!!!!!

    I lost 100 lbs and my wedding ring didn't fit anymore. I wanted to have a ring and I made one with this tutorial. Thanks! I'm super happy with it.

    We really need more paracord ring tutorials, as they are normally quite simple and make excellent gifts, or just for yourself.

    Wouldn’t the micro cord affect the final size like a bracelet would? Especially the king cobra?

    Any way to use this to make a necklace?? I'm looking for a way to wear my father's ring as a necklace. I love the cobra braided look.

    You have your fingers in the way on the last pass through and I cannot see where it goes, especially when you run it through on a loop with your thumb.

    Slick, I like it. I had some 275# cord... a bit thick, but it looks pretty sweet. I started on a monkey fist jig for the first 2 passes, then did the rest by hand. I never thought of doing this, cool vid, thanks!

    • @erikrenner
      @erikrenner 3 роки тому

      12-inches for every 1-inch...so if the circumference of your finger was 1-inch you’d need 12-inches of paracord.

    I'd love to see a paracord ring design where I could place the EMC microchip from my debit card inside. This is the small gold contact piece on payment cards. These are easy to peel of the cards, and made strong by glueing on some carbon fiber.
    Can't wait to see the waitress look twice if I really paid the bill!
    But it would also be perfect to not have my cards with me all the time. Beach etc. Or just when I forgot my wallet.
    Sure it will be a hot when made.

    Why don’t you cut different size circles (templates) out of wood to tie these around? It would be much easier.
