Interesting Reed, never knew you were into wrist rockets and slingshots to such an extent. Also I never knew you had I device to register the speed. Very cool.
Haha Rodney :) This is how I've spent every most all of my early mornings when camping at the claim. Sitting in my chair at the overlook, shooting leaves, branches and aiming to splash the large rock at the other end of the swimming hole. I try to put the shot right before the rock, so it gets soaked. It's got to be a couple hundred yards or more from there :)
Reed, I found your site by accident. What can you tell me about the trigger device you were using? I didn't know they existed outside of archery. Thanks.
In this video for the 300fps badge, I'm running .6 Sumeike 1-1/4" to 5/8" taper and a 7.5" active band. The .45 Sumike in the beginning with the pouch that broke 400fps was double .45 Sumeike with a 12" active and the same taper.
Great shooting! And nice place.
Wow!! Nice to see ya back Reed, It's been a few odd changes in the World, eh?
You're looking healthy and in good spirits. Again Glad to see ya back!!
Be outside and talking all day! That is what we want to hear and see!

It's a slingshot release aid, there's a bunch of different one's listed on Amazon. It allows me to pull back heavier band sets for heavy ammo.
You almost make me wanna join the forum.
that is fast!!
Hello! What kind of rubber do you use and what is its length and width?
