Thanks for your transparency. Can’t believe that you are 40. You look great. There are still states without income tax (w/wo capital gains and dividend tax) attracting many retirees. Can you make a video about your thoughts/opinions/pros &cons/future potential about each of these states. If you can tailor your video for the “younger than 65” yr old retirees would be most relevant. Thanks so much. You are doing a great job living out your life to the fullest. Congrats!

@@johnnylee8194 I think 18 is the "current" standard, because most graduate secondary education (high school). And that's the standard where MOST areas enable you to support yourself and even build up to family planning. When half the population worked on farms, you were pretty much an "adult" by 15, 16, maybe even 13, 14 for some girls who marry early, religious reasons or cultural role after menstruation, etc. By that time you will be able to work the fields and start making the next generation. Today, if try to start a family that early, you might need welfare, which taxes the system. But some more rural states allow it, which is why the "age of consent" is 16 in many states.

@@BeatTheBush Antioxidants are so 80s lol. There is a new golden boy in town call David Sinclair. His research changes the way we think about aging. Please read his book Lifespan or you can watch his talks on youtube. In short, antioxidants can do nothing about antiaging. The guy who was primary research on it took high dose but still deaths at his 60s. David Sinclair has a new theory and he can make mouses older in lab. It will take sometime before he can make mouse older or younger at will lol. But anyway, you should definitely chechk out his talks. Let us know if you are excited about it 🤩🤩🤩

Antioxidants are great; astaxanthin is the highest food source, and molecular hydrogen is even way more potent than that because it is the smallest element. There are ways to lengthen and maintain the chromosome endcaps called telomeres, which serve as a biological clock.

    • @oliviamatthew4516

Sitaifun Mac Yeah, many people see obvious effects from astaxanthin and other carotenoids right away. (In my case, they affect my sight very quickly)
On the other hand, wow, “molecular hydrogen” couldn’t sound like more of a scam. Yet here it is in legitimate looking studies in Pubmed. In practice, how the heck would a normal person take that??
