I was expecting you to talk about how shinies vary, because in stadium the shinies vary, so each pokemon have multiple different pallets and not just the one
Despite Lapras being my favourite Pokémon and purple being my favourite colour, this version of Sandshrew is my favourite alternate shiny. I don’t like yellow on the normal Sandshrew and the shade of green on the shiny makes it look sick. This colour suits it well.
Just sharing my feedback; this was a great concept/idea for a video, but, IMHO, the comparisons should have been made using contemporary(gen II) sprites instead of modern models, since it's a generation that's already got some unique colour schemes never again seen(for example, lizardon's/charizard's shiny sprite's colour in GSC was quite close to the stadium GS/2 depiction, whilst you compared it to the modern colouration) and that were further twisted in the n64. Still quite nice an initiative to produce this content; just subbed :D Thanks, all the best! Cheers
people are not talking enough about nidoqueen shiny in stadium 2. THEY DROP THE VOMIT GREEN AND MAKE HER WASHED-OUT PINK !!! SHE FITS WITH HER PRE-EVO AND CONTERBALANCES NIDOKING NOW
You keep talking about how they "changed it" and how its "supposed to be" but the majority of these are the original shiny colors. The ones you're used to are the changed versions, not the originals.
I find it funny how dude is saying “they ruined Shiny (insert Pokémon)” like if Pokémon stadium 2 was a recent game when it came out in 2000 in any case these were the first shiny’s and what we got now was their “upgrade” for some of them as most of them just have bad texturing.
So you can transfer your team to Pokémon Stadium from other games now? I'm asking bc at the time there was a color change for the Pokémon based on its names and the trainer name, so... No actual shinies back then
Whoa! Okay I had to look that up, apparently yes, back in a gen 2/pokemon stadium 2 japanese distribution event. bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Japanese_event_Pok%C3%A9mon_distributions_(Generation_II)#Psyduck
You'd have to get a shiny in Gen 2 like gold, silver, and crystal. Transfer the shiny from it to Pokemon Stadium 2 using the transfer pak and you'll get the Stadium shiny palette
I mean, a lot of the "changes" are just what the shines looked like in gen 2, but there's some pretty neat exceptions, like Scyther

Did not know this
That Scyther was beyond clean! Great video as always man!❤
Thank you!
I want more shiny colors in future games 😭
It's so cool seeing them all compiled! I always was curious to see the differences :o

Pink meowth has my heart 🥰
I wish it was the real shiny!
Many people claim these don’t exist! Thanks for video. I have encountered them myself

Wartortle, Fearow, Marowak Omastar and Articuno are probably the ones I prefer most to what we have in the main games now.
The Fearow is such a huge upgrade. I really want that Teal Articuno
@@Smarpy Maybe Fearow will come back with an evolution or form that is part ghost and then they can use these colours.
@@Monkeyfuzz COPIUM
very interesting seeing the possible alternate shinies they could've been
I want teal shiny Articuno to be real

Not currently on the switch. Just rental Pokémon and no nicknames 😞
I’m hoping they open Pokémon Home connectivity by the time stadium 2 comes out
@@Smarpywhat is it you're using to see these on stream? Is there a single save you can download with these all saved?
THAT STARMIE BROO MY GOD
We need these colors 😭😭
at least they kept Drowzee and Hypno the same
There is no green anymore? You realize this is 25 years old right
yes
psyduck learns pedal dance?!

The commentary ruins this video. Bye
