- Once you hit your class' max level- level 20, You will get 1 Extended Mastery Point (EMP) per 36,000 EXP gained. And you can also convert CP or gems into EMP without limit.
I have arranged all the EMP bonuses into three Groups, so it's easier for you to see which one has the priority, and which one is less important.

Thanks for this knowledge Koon. Especially about Specialty weapons EMP. I was thought it directly increases damage if main character use main hand weapon corresponding to the specialty weapon EMP. Now I can remove it and use on something better than that!

i agree with the english wiki on the elemental dmg up rating for Gran/Djeeta EMPs. it should not be a priority.
you should only invest on elemental atk EMPs when you already got your teams and grid figured out.a good example would be if a certain class is REALLY good in certain element thanks to the availability of good mainhand weapons or the synergy between the class and the characters for that element, like Berserker for fire, Dancer for wind, Glory for light, Kengo for water ETC. elemental atk ups would be wasted if you dont play that class in that specific element that much.
it would be a no-brainer to put points in every single element atk up nodes on every class just because it's a little strong. maybe if you are a rank 225 chad with too much EMP, then sure go ahead and *please carry my ubhl*
elemental atk ups are strong, but highly situational. plan your EMP carefully especially if you haven't unlocked row IVs or EX IIs yet.
Exactly. I need to disagree on him for this one too. Emp has it limits. At the very least you could probably only max out 1 ele node. Then again its wasted for the other 5 elements.

But did anyone hear me saying that we have to put points in element atk up for EVERY class? Or 3 star EVERY single elemental atk up node? I guess no.
What's the point adding light atk up to runeslayer? And what's the point adding water atk up to Berserker?
I think it's a common sense that you only add points to classes that you think they can synergy with that specific element.
@@CrusaderKoon alright, it was just the way you say EMPs are flexible and adjustable kinda implies that players can freely change their emps at will. While it is true that you can remove points from EMP nodes, you will NOT regain the points spent on the removed EMP node. It just makes the next EMP star cost 1 less EMP points/stars removed.
My comment was meant to remind players so they wouldn't misunderstand how emp works since the way choose your words on the elemental attack EMP nodes and bullet casting emp (around 3:15 and 5:00) might leads to newer player thinking "let's spend emps on these nodes! Koon said we can reallocate them later anyway."
Thanks Namirin, I think you are very thoughtful on this, and thanks again for raising the concern that the contents might be misleading for newer players. Maybe I should emphasise that resetting EMP bonuses won't refund the points. I think I overlooked this part.

! - will we get enough emp to get everything?
2 - should i only use emp on Class Iv and Extra?
3- should i get all the SS rank emp on 1 character or across multi characters?
1. yeah when you're like level 200 or something (i actually don't know but with all these new classes, probably)
2. yeah but not all of them, just for the ones u actually use
3. its not really necessary to give all the SS rank EMP yet if you're not that high of a rank but if you have some to spare then why not. just remember you still need to use those EMPs for the extended mastery skills. i mean at first i only used them for the Atk and HP (exc kengo which i gave CA DMG)

I do, for Glorybringer I have both fire up and light up. For Dancer I have wind up.
It's very much depend on what and how you're playing with that class.

Koon, Do you think "3* debuff success rate" is a good investment for Berserker class if we're just using Miserable mist ? or is it better to invest on other EMP like elemental dmg up ?
Elemental dmg up first. If you don't really use Berserker to solo, I personally think you can skip the debuff success bonus.
Yes, since I'm rarely solo ing with berserker I think I will take the elemental dmg up.. so I can have more damage , more phew phew .. lol

im a noob, and want to ask how to get more start cap ranks ? for example i have siegfried that already lvl 80 and have emps like 12 and my ranks 90, but when i distributed the emp stars it only stuck/limit on 4 stars emp's

They will only be unlocked when you reach certain rank .
so im a bit confused with the weapon speciality 1 and 2?
Does that mean that if increasing only one of them it only increases one speciality? And how to differentiate between the two?
Just go to 'Party' > 'Classes' > you can see your weapon specialties on the top right. :)

Uhhh Koon if i use almost every element on the class should i take all the element attack...?
Not really, for example: Kengo doesn't seem to perform well with light, so there's no point adding points to light elemental atk up; Bandit is not for dps under most circumstances either, so there's no point to add any elemental atk up here.
You want to add elemental atk up only if that particular class synergies well with your setups and element.
@@CrusaderKoon I don't know if you'll see this Koon but i recently unlocked kengo with a light murakumo ( kinda taking a break before going for unsigned kaneshige ) and thus am currently using kengo in a light grid. I had thus a few questions:
1°) Should i try for another murakumo in a more suitable element ( like water )?
2°) A few of the extended masteries are missing from my side such as party hp up and triple attack up is it normal?

You can only unlock those EMP at certain rank, so you have to rank up.
