@@briantravelman Yes. When I first arrived in December 1986, Noriega was still on friendly terms with the US. Things didn't start to go south until around the end of '87, beginning of '88.
Went there last year for a week. It's nice and clean, friendly people, but I'm a beach lover and did not find one great beach. I drove north to the carriibean and east and west and saw nothing impressive. If you like city life, it is a great place.
Well...I lived in Colon from 1948-1957. France Field closed & Dad felt time to see the US. Mother's side all live in Panama City. Have not return since I was 15-yrs old. Miss being back but the city would be all new. Colon was our area & no way now how it was as kids. Did swim in Olympic Pool in Panama City. Still hope to visit before I go. Panama needs to do more to restore Colon & it's History. Aunt took us to the Pink Hotel in Colon along ocean filled with salt water from the Atlantic. Thanks for the Tour I can only hope for.🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🕺🏳️🌈
I'm not. It's very amateur and juvenile. Not impressed with the restaurant choices and I am definitely not a fan of hostels or UBER. And his slaughtering of the Spanish language doesn't help either. Score: 3.200 (out of 10.000)
Best Panama City video I’ve seen. I visit in 3 weeks and will make a video geared toward food and visiting with family and of course the views. Thanks for the great info.
This home, I miss so much except the bugs and snakes, lol! I was born in Colon, then my parents moved to Coco Solo, 9 yrs moved to Pacific side Los Rios till married. Left pregant 1st son, then bk with 2nd had him at Gorgas Hospital. Left in 1981 not the same. Mom, Panamanian, Dad mixed american was there in the Navy, then became locomotive operator on canal till his 1st heart attack then retired to Fla. My whole life there till 20's.
Hi...We lived in France Field. Six of us kids. Walked to Coco Solo, slid under fence to pool. Got ok from Guard to swim in deep end(yeah). Older sister has returned many times. We are Pascal in Panama. I'm also in Florida, rest live in Mich. We were all kids & left in '57. Good you have nice memories living in Panama. Why we are all Brats. Way of life so different and unique. Take care...Papa(AL) They all know me by Papa, even now 2022.
The panama canal once was from Colombia....then USA' s.... how is not anymore after they built that canal?.... Gladly many Americans easily get to retire in there.
Would be a much better video if you would just show stuff and stop with all the fast motion, fast pans and other affects. You totally left out the fish market and sea food restaurant upstairs, IMO the highlight to a visit to Casco Viejo.
Eh.....the Colombian girl is WAY better! There is MUCH more to see in Panama City than what he showed. He focused WAY too much on the upscale bars and ethnic restaurants. Didn't even show Panama Viejo or Taboga island. I came to see a documentary on Panamanian history and culture, and ended up watching a documentary on Sushi and Mexican Burritos. How much did these expensive foreign restaurants pay you to promote them?

Panama taxi service is fine... Do your homework know the going rate... what a horrible comment from someone that is not even a resident.... this is trash....
I miss Panama so much 🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦❤️❤️❤️ Sweetie but please have some delicious Panamanian food. Panama has a totally different culture than Mexico for example and it’s Spanish Caribbean food is soo exotic .. just a suggestion ❤️ hope you go back! 😊
Go back!!! 😊 With everything happening all around the world....this place would be like living far and away from all that!!! I dream of visiting and eventually retiring in there. 🙌
I lived in Panama from 1986 to 1989. It was the best experience of my life!
I’m going. In a couple of months.
Weren't those the Noriega times?

Great video! Was just there in December, can't wait to go back
I'm surprised this channel isn't a lot more popular. This show is fantastic.

Hello, thank you for coming to Panama, you are always welome!

Beautiful video with a lot of information.
"PANAMA RELOCATION TOURS! WITH JACKIE!!🙋 😊👍 ❤👈"
Very nice film, the soundtrack, ehh.
Loved this travel guide going to Panama soon and this is very helpful 🤗
Its similar to Singapore or any other Tropical regions, Miami comes to mind too. Great video Sir
Nice..beautiful..thank you for sharing!!
I'm planning a trip there soon and this guide is a huge help👍🏼 thank you.
I love panama ❤
Nice video. Thanks!

Amazing, allot of info before go to Panama
“Ay Mi Negra” the name of that restaurant shows how they embrace their peoples’ dark skinned ones. I love it!
we latinos call each other: negrita , negrito!!! same as saying baby, honey, sweetie! etc 😉
Yes and also "si mi morenita or morenito" it's like pointing to your color without any prejudice. @@freeangie11
Good efforts...
I hope ICan work there. its really nice country....i love the video...
Glad you enjoyed. I'm Panamenian living in the US. Kinda wish you would've tried real Panamanian dishes/restaurants. Didn't see any in your video.
I was thinking the same. He visited Panama to eat Mexican food🤣🤣🤣🤣. I
why would you rather to live in USA instead? I would have move back already😉
At 7:06 you say more than 800,000.00 ship pass through the canal, YOUR WRONG. 14, 000.00 ships 800k there not a enough time in the day.
800k per year maybe?
So where do i get some household stuff like lights fixings in panamá
I’m glad Panama has good Mexican food now. In the 90s the only Mexican restaurant was a place called La Mexicanita and it was horrible.
Does the same Ubet app used in USA work in Panama or does one have to download a panama edition?
👍🏼 Excellent 🇵🇦
Can you suggest Hotel accommodation ?
The panama canal once was from Colombia....then USA' s.... how is not anymore after they built that canal?.... Gladly many Americans easily get to retire in there.
Yes 👍
Really, Panama is so an amazing place, and many of us, panamenian, do not apreciate it.
Minuto 6 : 24 . Buque Escuela ESMERALDA cruzando el canal de Panama.
Waooooo lindo panama
I couldn't watch this video - you moved the camera waay too fast.
I miss my country
The back sound get really loud, it makes us be switching the volume between speech and music
800,000 ships transit yearly??? Lol. Uh-uh
I'm going for my birthday in the end of October God's will

Tip: the vid is better without the annoying noise ..ahm sound
the Panama Canal connects the Pacific Ocean & the Caribbean Sea not the Atlantic.
The Caribbean is part of the Atlantic, so technically he was correct.
The club music doesn’t fit at all with this video 😂
Good informative video but the soundtrack is both unnecessary and annoying.
That was not a capibara, it was a Ñeque or Guatusa, capibaras are much larger than the Ñeques.
Yeah, I didn't think Capibaras lived in Panama
you go to panama to eat mexican food? no comback pleace.
🤣🤣🤣🤣. That’s is so funny. He went to Panama to eat Mexican food. He has no idea what he missed. Our food is so delicious.

I know you think it’s artsy farts he to flip the camera around but I don’t appreciate it❗️
I don’t care for the music at all

Your target audience is too old for that God awful EDM. I almost stopped watching the video because of it.
The bigger the menu, the worst quality of food. Take it from a chef,
