Set up the middle guard consistently by doing the method shown in the wiki (similar to this video's). Make sure to click on the guard's tile twice, once to get his attention, and once AFTER he notices you. This will move you onto his tile, and now is when you use your teleport away.

yes, like therealdonut45 is saying, don't look at pking like we do, look at it like you look at skilling / pvm. You will find all of the possibilities that the game allows and just figure out the most efficient way to get kills / hr or gp / hr (e.g. looking for 'valuable' players vs the difficulty of defeating them (maybe in cost of resources, risk of death in gp, time it takes to kill on avg with current setup).
even a video on one individual aspect or some theory crafting about gear and strategies (like where are the best places - not just where people go but what the environment allows you to do, maybe there are places in the game where you can use a spot behind a tree next to a bush to insta-kill someone in 0 tick?) would be really interesting. I don't know if I can speak for the community but that kind content would be super interesting.

Still works with some changes. The southeast is fine when you walk from 2 squares west of him then only stay under for 1 tick. The east one you need to come from the south and tele. For twisted league, poh tele works.
I bet if woox really tried he could probably get past lynx Titan on the leaderboards. I sit here blown away getting 200k exp per hour doing prayer then woox comes in nearly tripling it while thieving.
What is your accent? I noticed you close the back of your throat when you pronounce words with the e sound in them like East, as opposed to American accent where you open your throat. Your english and grammar are still perfect though.

Not sure if this still works, the stationary patrolman dont seem to look at you when you step on their tile. Edit: You only grab their attention if you're carrying the artifact.
Is it just trial an error to get the middle path lure to work? I tried it yesterday and it was very easy. I later messed it up with a mis-click on top of the guard. Thereafter, I had no success on ~6 attempts to set him back up. I tried from different angles, doing it when he was facing the other way, etc., but he would always turn and stop me before my character was on top of him. I would still teleport away in time, but without being directly on top of him, he would not face South afterward.
I switched servers and the technique worked first try no problem, so in case you also run into that same issue, just switch servers and retry and it may work instantly.
Make sure to click twice on his tile before you teleport away, once to get his attention, which stops your movement, and second click to move you onto his tile. Only teleport away once on his tile

You would rewrite the whole book on pking, you'd figure out someway where you move 1 square and it allows you to 0 tic ags or something
