TorvestaRS good stuff man! TorvestaRS I don’t play runescape but I watch you for nostalgia. I’ve wondered how you did all you pking for a long time and I can see how it’s long been awaited. Can’t wait to watch this! Thank you!
Adjust your view so your opponent is on the right side of yourself. This way, you don’t have to move your mouse as far(from inventory) to attack your opponent.
I've got some things to add to the quite informative video: (Lot of text) -Get the items that provide benefits BEFORE doing the training grind. Barrows gloves? Fire cape? Ava's accumulator? So on. They're useful outside PvP situations too. You don't want to train 200 hours of strength before getting the Fire Cape(over that timespan it would probably save more time than what the cave took even if it did take 2-3 attempts). Be smart. -Quest all combat xp you can to have every possible thing unlocked once you're finished! With skills like attack and defence it's pretty straightforward and common knowledge but this also applies to prayer for example. -Experiments are decent place to train at, 100hp per monster(25cmb) compared to yaks/crabs/sand crabs (50,50,60hp). -If you can't afford spec restoration pool, you can just teleport to clan wars, hop inside the portal and then leave with whatever means you wish to use, everything will be restored. -Clan Wars/Duel arena is great way to practice without losing anything apart supplies. Ideally you'd want to practice against people of varying skill, equal skill would be nice however practicing against better player might provide more insight to what works and what doesn't. Also you can test max hits/effectiviness of certain outfits/inventories without risk. Spend at least SOME time here so you won't be complete cannon fodder when you step in PvP/wilderness -Summer pies are very cost-effective food, and they can be eaten continuously(just like any pies or pizzas)and used as a combo food but with one tick delay before main combo food(i.e. shark)can be eaten. -For starting pker with RFD done: Rune gloves are way cheaper than barrows gloves and provide nearly identical stats. -Have open attitude. You might find unusual workarounds in situations where something is usually done in one way and not another. You can use anything in the game to your advantage. -If you pk a lot set up your bank so that you can quickly access the items you need to gear up. For example if you pk in edge alot in certain gear put those on top of the bank. -If you don't use brews(which I wouldn't recommend because there are other cheaper combo foods available)you may want to pot up in bank and withdraw more food. Not only can you fight for longer and possibly create more opportunities to knockout but you'll also avoid risking unnecessary potions. Or if you wish to carry the pots on you anyways then bring 1 or 2 dose, without brews you'll never use full potion without banking in-between.
Hey torv! you should do another pking video where you walk through your thought process to a slow-moed fight. The hardest part is not knowing the gear to use but knowing what you should be doing or expecting next! Loved the vid keep it up
