Eventually went with the BenQ wit, because yeah. It's just better. Are you enjoying the glare of this lamp in your laptop? :) no right? Then BenQ is better.
Not sure if you guys gives a damn but if you guys are bored like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my brother these days =)
Great video! I was looking for something to replace an old clunky desk lamp when I saw this video and decided to take a chance on the ‘Xiaomi Desk Lamp Pro.’ I received my lamp just the other day and must say that I’m very pleased with my purchase. The lamp was packaged well and delivery from China to the US only took eleven days. The base takes up a very little space and the lamp looks great on my desktop. Pros: 1. The lamp was very easy to set up through Apple HomeKit. Just scan the QR Code and it appears in the HomeKit app. 2. It was easy to find a comfortable setting to work by. Adjusting the brightness/hue works just as outlined in this video. Cons: 1. The arm’s elbw joint seems to have very little friction which may cause it to droop in extended reaching positions. Maybe there’s an adjustment that I’m unaware of? 2. Setting up an account in the MiHome app was nearly impossible. Once signed-in, the app was pointless anyway. In addition, it isn’t optimized for iPad in landscape mode. 3. All instructions are in Chinese. Even so, it’s pretty easy to figure things out with simple trial and error. Watching this video was helpful as well.
I don't think it looks as good but the adjustability is nice for a workbench or something. One thing missing is wireless charging. That would be awesome.
Thanks for the review. I have this LED Pro. When the lower arm is vertical, I tried to adjust the upper arm slanting upwards but it cannot stay slanting upwards and drops to a horizontal position. Is this the same with your lamp ? Thanks.
your best best is aliexpress since it's a chinese product, i got it and its absolutely amazing if you're still looking but setting it up is on the app absolute headache
Great video! I appreciate the details you cover, e.g. visualizing the angles. One note-the puzzle piece is a duplicate of the piece in “What is Xiaomi Doing - MONSTER EDITION Part 2”.
In China, 349RMB, about 52USD. In US, around 90USD... Still affordable as compared to the Dyson one. However, I think I'll just wait till the next time I go back to China...
I'm thinking of switching from the Xiaomi table lamp to the Pro version. My only gripe is that the base is not heavy enough and the lamp is constantly wobbling. In addition, it is impossible to change the position without holding the foot. Is this also the case with the Pro version?
I want to turn the lamp head around its axe. Now it moves only up and down. And in these positions its shining straight in the eyes. So i was disappointed.
It's here! The successor of the prrrretty popular Mi Desk Lamp. BUT; there's so much more coming to the channel soon.. Stay tuned!
Enjoy :)

Love your metric specification instead of inches 😎👍
@@arturomartinez462 Arturo is so clever with his puns and advanced, well advanced I don't know what.

I've got the first version. In my opinion is better looking, but this type of flexibility is a big step up.
It’s a good thing that it works with apple home kit and the design was simply awesome

wow slick bend timelapse footage
Just ordered one 'cause it's HomeKit-compatible! Can't wait to try it!
That stop motion was fire

Can it be rotated enough to point at your face for video calls? Effectively a desk lamp/ring light combo?
I'm hooked on this company. Really like them after my first stick light and Mibox3
Hey dude could you do more on their subbrand Yeelight, like the smart lights and such? Love your channel and videos, i have watched them all! :)
When will this be released internationally?
I love this channel!
You have to post videos more frequently.
Can't find a good price for this for Europe. Is this a Xiaomi global product? The prices I see look like they're specially imported from China...
Hi question for you, can I set up the Mi Home App for two separate homes?
Is the white good for like drawing?
What about Google Home integration? I assume it works as MiHome is compatible?
Nice stop-motion showcase!
when will it be available at the international market?
Where can i order it?
Would I have to buy a 2 pin to uk adapter?
In comparison to the 1st gen - Is it brighter? Cause the previous model was way too dim for my desk
EdMasteros same for me bro.
Hello, is the lamp compatibel with google assistant? Thanks.
yes
Is there a way to replace the bulb if in case it doesn't work anymore?
Of course not
Does it work with Google Home Assistant?
If I unplug the lamp and plug it again do I have to make lamp configuration in application again?
Consumes more power means it's brighter!
I have that lamp, but seems vertical adjustment to forward in not 19 degrees:( may be only 5
Does this support Google Home?
that is a great price too bad the distribution outside china sucks sharesave is a shame
@@NotBROLL ofcourse
Is there a SIM card in this lamp? Continuously powered by the lamp itself?
No
But what has Xiaomi done in February?
got this one, then it started making this beeping noise and won't turn on. What could be the issue?
Price??
no type c?
Why can't I find this for sale in the US? Looks great!
your best best is aliexpress since it's a chinese product, i got it and its absolutely amazing if you're still looking but setting it up is on the app absolute headache
2:08 AN IPHONE??!!!!
HI XIAOMIFY , IS THE BRIGHTNESS ACCEPTABLE ?
$42.3 worth it ??
Nice. Looks better than the first version that I already own. (FYI - we've already got that puzzle piece eeek)
Can I use Bluetooth to connect with it?
Great video! I appreciate the details you cover, e.g. visualizing the angles. One note-the puzzle piece is a duplicate of the piece in “What is Xiaomi Doing - MONSTER EDITION Part 2”.
Where can i find it at that price? 46 euro
In China, 349RMB, about 52USD.

Still affordable as compared to the Dyson one. However, I think I'll just wait till the next time I go back to China...
Hey does anyone know if this version still has the loud click button or is there something wrong with my gen 1? Thanks :)

nice but a bit too big
in my case the gen2 lamp price is 100 euro.
gen1 60 euro.
Can I change the light bulb when it dies out?
No need. Will last 25.000 hours.
I hate a single knot for controlling brightness, and colour temperature.
Bought one: used it for a week, it’s great but not great as it doesn’t work with google home 😪
great. i went with the lumiy lamp. just brighter
No Google Home support is disappointing. I won't be getting it for that reason.
So, dose it work with Google assistant?
Thicc Dutch accent over here haha, nice vid though
nice lamp !!!
I'd love to buy in the US, if only...
Thx u
I don't think it's a major upgrade to purchase!
Vreemd dat zijn Engels echt accentloos is maar je toch kan horen dat hij Nederlands is
I want a UK version, it would be a good replacement for my current, ancient lamp.
Do you live in china???
Wish i could get it for 46€ and not 80€. Ikea got my back with their 10€ lamp + light bulb of my choice :D

Good innovation
Looks at I INTENSELY
Is that john wick' home?
I want to turn the lamp head around its axe. Now it moves only up and down. And in these positions its shining straight in the eyes. So i was disappointed.
@4:50 lmao
I 😍 XIAOMI
Who else would buy it immediately if they release a RGB version of this.
Who needs a red / blue or green light to read on his desk?
Stupid
1st viewer yeeee
Since u upgraded!! Send me gen1 lamp
No, it's led. LEDs sucks. I prefer fluorescent with magnetic ballast
