That’s a very interesting method for placing friction piles. They’re typically driven in the northeast. I don’t think I’d be brave enough to stand barefoot without a harness next to a 20 feet deep sand hole during the pile prep, but they certainly look like the know what they’re doing!
will you do a january or february icf cost update and maybe give an update on the direction you think the cost of concrete will go in 2023 so that people will know if theres a reason to wait on building.
