Tight spaces, buildings with paint peeling off, etc. It's really good to know that guangzhou has a lower price range available... But are such buildings generally available to foreigners who don't speak Chinese? In Thailand I found that sometimes buildings like that didn't wanna rent to foreigners.... It was kind of weird

A few years ago I had to move 5 !times because at first we could not find something long-term after moving out of a flat share to live with my partner and after finding a long-term Appartment finally, we stayed 1 night and found out that there was a big issue with the bathroom (including structure)on move in day. So they provided replacement, but only for a few weeks, then we had to move to another replacement...and 1 move turnt into 4(!) .year of hell 😃🤣
