I wish you could have made a comparison. It is very important to see the two instruments side by side. There are no comparisons on the internet. I think since it's a beginner guitar you should do this size comparison. CD60SCE X CC60SCE Thank you so much, I really like your videos!
I have exactly this guitar in another colour. The thing he says in the beginning about it fitting better to small persons is right. It is my first guitar and so tried some at my local music store. Other western guitars were hard to put my right arm over without hurting me on long term. The edge pressed into my upper arm. This was the first in this shop I tried which doesn't felt this uncomfortable and I stuck with it.
When I bought this guitar online, it had a high action. I had to lower the action on this guitar because the high notes were so unplayable for me, it hurt my fingers. Right now, it’s a perfect songwriting guitar for me! 5/5
bruh, fell in love playing this spent 3 hours in guitar center. Sounds crispy AF on an acoustic brand amp too. Only gripe I have is the built in pick up. Compared to the mitchell t331 lacks the mid option. But if you don't want to think about that this is a great 1st guitar imo.
I just bought one in black second hand, barely used. Just dusty for 75$ last week. Great guitar! Just a little adjustment and a cleaning, fret, neck, allover. Used couple hours on it. Standing like brand new in my living room
Jolly good. ..just saw your video. ..was replacing my APX600 with the CD -60SCE. ..but, will go for this CC version and get access to the higher frets.....WOW!!!!
@@lopezhernandezluisantonio5773 Manufacturering issues. Be my guest, friend, try one out: eventually you'll encounter problems with the guitar. I'll emphasize one glaring issue: the fret work is poor (i.e., they're sharp and require some filing), the action is low, which I don't mind, but due to the manufacturing process and not receiving the necessary TLC, they inevitably produce a buzz -- either on the high E and/or B string(s). Obviously, I'm not going to claim that every single model produced is a lemon, but I own one and tried either 4 or 5 at two different Guitar Centers. *Trust me, I don't buy instraments at Guitar Center, the guitar was a gift from my lovely wife. Many people claim that it's merely a common issue that many low action acoustics produce and only requires a boveda, humidifier, etc to correct the issue. My sentiment regarding those "problem solving" devices: a brand new guitar should not require them. Pick up a low-end Martin, Taylor, D'Angelico -- you will not find this sort of problem. The only time those humidity regulation devices are justifiably required is if someone has a cheaply-made guitar; failing to not store their guitar correctly; it's an extremely old instrument that requires a skilled luthier to fix the problem. I've never played a well made guitar that experienced ANY BUZZ in my life; unless, someone was doing gigs and touring, which can tweak the wood, because of humidity-related issues, but this shouldn't occur at a music store or the owners home. As I stated, my wife bought me this guitar as a gift, because I needed something to flatpick bluegrass solos. Albeit, I have a beautiful '72 Martin D-18, but my hands aren't what they were 🤫😉 and I'm not compromising the tone with lighter strings. I'm getting off track though. I tried to return the instrament, but every damn one they had at two separate Guitar Center's had the same issue (again, 5 in total). I couldn't frickin believe it! Like most old guys, I hate Guitar Center haha, but it wasn't their problem, because the same issue was not prevalent with any of the other mid-to-low-end guitars that I tried in the store. Hell, even a $300 Seagull blows these things out of the water. My wife gave it to me though, so I'll keep it forever. Who knows, maybe I'll screw around w the bridge or nut and salvage it 🤔 One last tiny thing, the manufacturing in general is atrocious. There's glue marks on the finish... it is a poorly made instrument, based on my experience. And believe me, I did everything to return it for a new one, but to no avail 😡 IDK, maybe you have one and like it. But even in this demonstration it sounds like crap. We all have different standards though.
So I don’t have to use the electric part right? I’m new and just want a good guitar but confused with the electric part like should I get a Electric acoustic or just acoustic guitar?
Yes you can still play this guitar without connecting the electric part, it's just there if you want to increase the sound by plugging it into an amplifier.
The second song is "Primal Scream - Movin on Up" i believe but i could be wrong, i think there is one very similar song to the rythm he played, the other songs i have no idea, but they sound good, the third one sounds like some modern pop to me.
Beginner Guitar? Whatever feels right is what matters. No such thing as a beginner guitar... Maybe a new line might be a good guitar for beginners to learn on... I have one in my collection and its a good guitar for home studio as well as live gigs..

So does almost every piezo system, especially in that price range. Some acoustic guitar pedals help in a live situation. But there is a reason why when it comes to recording, a piezo pickup is never ever used.
I wonder what the bass and treble settings were? Obviously the low end sounds missing. Id turn up the bass control. Acoustic sound is real nice though! I just ordered this guitar.
@@Tommyr hm in this video the piezo just sounds unnatural and dull. Could use some more treble. Nice, have fun with the guitar! Feel free do do a demo video and experiment a bit more with the preamp. Oh bla bla bla Fishman Fluence ... Fast forward two years .... No they dont make Fishman Fluence anymore. Just buy a fucking Dimarzio or a Seymour Duncan.

For the on board electrics, is the guitar plugged into an amp?. Sorry for the simple question, I'm a total beginner.
It's plugged into a acoustic amp.
What song did you play when comparing the acoustic and electric parts?

I am considering one of these guitars but would like to know about the action. I need a low action.
Great guitar - I have it. You can go to your local store and get the action lowered for next to nothing :-)
I'm just a fan of Concert and Orchestra sized acoutics. They seem more balanced toneley.
What is the last song that you played ?
It sounds awesome and I wanna learn it so bad 😁

shazam and just about everyone i mnow is coming up dry

Yamaha APX or fender CD 60sce? Please suggest
Fender cd 60sce
Definitely fender
He sounds like the meme “I’m gonna lose my job”
Nice review 👍👍👍
Hey man, Do you know how to read the fender serial number? Example is the CC60sce that you have. I want to know the production date. Thank you.
Please make comparison video of this model to the CC 140 SCE and Yamaha APX 600.
Yamaha over Fender acoustics every time without failure
@@saucevillemusicgroup9866 Yeah! Thanks for reply.
The fabrication "quality" at 1:45 tells me to stay away, I'm a bit sad about that.
yeah lol. mabye this is just a b-stock. but that is not good craftsmanship. i never see any chips under the finish with yamahas.
As a beginner, im gonna buy this, on Thomann there are only great comments about this beauty
It's $300 though, so it's to be expected.
Do you have to plug it in? Or can you play it plain with it sounding like a normal acoustic?
you can play it unplugged, the only reason it can be plugged in is for performing to make it louder
Which one is better cd-60sce or cc-60sce?
Cc is thinner body but the bass and treble notes sound kinda better. But cd has more better mid range
The acoustic sound is rich and bright, I love it. The electric sound, not so much.
Hi, can you please tell me the difference between cd60sec and this one?
cd stand for dreadnought, cc stand for concert body. which is slimmer.
@@cikguarsyad2127 ok thank you😊
I have a choise between ths sce and ce... is it the same thing...sce being newer or is ce worse? Thanks!
One question do you need a amplifier for this guitar or can you play without it also
Yeah man it's acoustic guitar so you can play without amp
What's the difference between the cc-60sce and the cd-60sce?
CC - Concert
CD - Dreadnaught
Fender CC-60SCE vs Yamaha FS100C.
can someone make a video on it
Hola qué tal? Que calibre de cuerdas ocupa esta guitarra 🥺
What is the last song that you played ? 03:03 min
Please tell me :)
Eric Clapton - choot volume 1

Bro please review on ibanezaw 70ece vs fender cd60sce...
So its wireless? And needs a wireless ampli powered by batteries?
Jeremiah Federizo no
Concert body means smaller scale ?? I want standard scale solid top natural cut away
Scale length is the same as a dreadnought
How much did it cost?
any body have the songs that he played in the video
No hahahaha
Anybody maybe have 🤷♂️
Faith
He likely made them up for the video.
Sounds like young volcanoes by fob
Which one is better Fender cc 60 sce or takamini gy11me ?
Depend what sound you like. For me, Fender is better, also it have solid top.
Is there a way to make the electric plug in, sound better?
Has tone knobs to dial in sound.
Is the text on the black bit a removable sticker or is it printed?
yea it is a scratch guard , if you remove the sticker the only thing left is the black pick guard :)
Really? hahahaha
How to you change the battery on the preamp?
there is a compartment for a 9v battery above the input jack

La guitarra Cc-60sce no existe. En versión electroacústica con cuerpo completo?
si existe, anda cómo entre 5,500 y 6,500 más o menos. Puedes encontrarla un poco más barata o más cara, pero ese es el promedio.

Where is it made in ?
Can this guitar work on rocksmith
I'll be getting this guitar on monday / tuesday, I'll check for you in that time if you're still wondering.
+Harpotos oh that will be great thanks by the way
It works decently with the game, the only issue I've found so far is that there's a bit of buzzing in the background, but that might be my setup.
onboard chuner?
Which one is better cd 60ce or cd 60sce ?
yash kataria cd 60sce is the newer and improved version of cd 60ce.
Sounded a little George Michaely there
onboard electrics sounds awfully :(
If it was directly plugged into whatever was used to record it with no effects it's expected to sound bland.
