  • We explored the beautiful Central Coast of California. First we stopped by the crystal blue waters of Morro Bay to take in the sight of the world famous Morro Rock. Then we headed South to wander around the beautiful Montana de Oro State Park and discovered sea caves, tidal pools and hidden cove beaches.

Jesse St Louis I'm thinking about moving from Maui to California. Waterfalls and cliffs and nice beaches are really important to me so your videos are golden! Thank you. I'd never leave Maui if I didn't feel so isolated. California is huge, I haven't a clue where I'd want to live. If you've been to Maui and if you know anything about Maui life, is there a an equally cool place you'd recommend for me?

@@heathergarrett897 I got rock fever after 4 days in Maui. Morro Bay is just one of California's gems. Because of the drought the surrounding countryside is brown.

I believe that it’s illegal to climb Morro Rock. As a local almost every summer someone tries and they’re on the local news later that day. Great video. I personally enjoy kayaking in the bay the seals are very entertaining. One last thing it’s San Luis Obispo not San Louie Obispo. Thanks again for the great video

Have visited Montana d'Oro many times and it is one of my favorite places.
It is peaceful and serene as it is not usually at all crowded since it requires a great deal of walking and climbing over rock formations.
Especially after a storm, it is possible to find whole (unoccupied, of course) sea urchin shells: The most beautiful shells of all!
Both Montana d'Oro and Morro Bay are heaven on earth! ❤️

E They love writing tickets for any reason because it means $$$$$ and more than double if you don't want to go to court they cover Oceano to Hearst Castle ...all I did was drive into the Morro Bay campground looking for a spot the Ranger B. E was cruising and watched me drive in the campground is open 24 hours just find a spot and pay at the Iron Ranger when booth is closed. He pulled up on me while I was driving so I pulled over he took my license and ran it for 15 mins then came back and handed me a ticket for non payment of camping fee for $93 Bucks..Camp fee is 35...If I don't go to the 4 month off court date watch their online video and call them for date it's $235 bucks.....so If your back home and don't want to come back because some idiot felt like writing a ticket for no reason it's 235 bucks at least....Ranger K and B.E need to be flying a non ticket writing desk in a back office in Bakersfield...
