@@ManuelHernandez-xt8pr Take Main st to Morro Bay state park. There are several trails depending on how long a hike you want. If you turn into Black Hill Golf course and head up the mountain there’s a parking lot toward the top. There are 2 great trails from there. One is short but fairly intense with the BEST views. It’s about 1/2 mile round trip. The other takes you on the city side of the mountain. It is accessed by going down the road just a short bit. If you want a longer hike, there are several trails starting from the campground area. We always parks at the marina and walk through the campground to the back. The all trails map is a great way to make sure you don’t get lost 😁 Happy hiking!!🥾
Oceano to Hearst Castle campgrounds and other parking features are patrolled by 2 very aggressive Calif Park Rangers / cops.....Ranger " K " And " B . E " they write tickets for the money because they know a 93 buck BS ticket will cost you 235 bucks if you are back home and just want to pay the fine... They have been told time and time again by their Boss to knock it off but they will not...They even go in hours before their shift to write tickets like they did to me and even others that work at the parks .....Ranger " B.E " was 2 hours early for his 7 am shift...watched me drive into the Morro Bay campground pulled up behind me so I stopped he ran my license for 15 mins then wrote me a BS ticket for non payment of camping fees ! Court date is 4 months off they hope you just go home then pay because you don't want to drive back here....Be careful I would video everything you do in these parks...especially when in contact with any staff there..
Please do NOT stack rocks as shown in the video. It is a natural place and stacking rocks can be dangerous as they can fall unexpectedly onto children and pets. Let's just enjoy nature without changing it. You wouldn't carve your initials in a tree in nature so please respect this peaceful spot in Morro Bay.
