- God Is A Bullet 2023 Movie - Starring Jamie Foxx, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Maika Monroe - When vice detective Bob Hightower finds his ex-wife murdered and daughter kidnapped by a satanic cult - Bob is frustrated by bumbling botched official investigations. Bob quits the police force, gets tattoos, and infiltrates the cult to hunt down the charismatic cult leader, Cyrus, with the help of the cult's only female victim escapee, the brilliantly damaged, Case Hardin. Bob is lead down the rabbit hole to save his daughter and Case seizes the opportunity to claim back her power from the cult that took so much away from her.

@@flylima Robin Hood? Mildly entertaining, but pretty much trash. Stealth was pretty trash. White House Down...trash. Those are a just a few since Ray. Jamie Foxx is a GREAT actor, but not everything he's been in was well written, produced or directed.
Jamie Foxx was in Robin Hood. A medieval movie with semi automatic one handed crossbows that looked like uzis, Ben Mendelssohn as the Sheriff and slow motion action in the style of 300, and yet some how failed to be even remotely fun or entertaining.
When the trailer makes you jump from the get-go, you know it's gonna be good!

This is one of my favorite books, but it is horrific. And it doesn't help that the child abusing monsters were created by child abusing monsters. The book was so intense but I couldn't put it down.

Read the Boston Teran book last year and was blown away by it. Thrilling, disturbing, and impossible to put down. The film looks as though it's nailed all the novel's essential elements!

The book was insane. Boston Teran outdid himself with this one. I lived around the area, and it's full of crazies. If you read the book, or like the movie, read his "Never Count Out the Dead." It's damn near as grity, and an excellent read.

I wanted to watch felon again a few years ago but I still remembered the title, so I wrote part of the story on google to get the name of the film and that's how I came across shot caller, both good films.

FINALLY! The book was incredible
I am always very interested in how those of us with apparent vitiligo are portrayed in art and media. I say "apparent" as mine is very obvious because of skin tone and location thanks to a mixed lineage. I also have hyperpigmentation so my skin is three colors in ever migrating patches. As a kid I had it and it disappeared until my 30s when it burst out all over my hands, face, arms...and since then embraced it. It was tough, though, sometimes: people would ask if it was contagious, prefer not to even sit close to me, or touch something I'd just handled, etc. I've also had people claim that "the spot" proved that I had been touched by God. It's pretty crazy. Funnily enough, since refusing to cover it up, I have frequent encounters with people who have a much lighter complexion who eagerly point out that they have it, too.
Not sure when vitiligo became cool, but I will say this : USE SUNSCREEN. Thank me later...furrealz :D

This movie should be a wake-up call So I've read the book and if you read it is pretty brutal and it has a meaning behind it the movie Nails the book on the head and the brutality of the book is still in the movie some of the most brutal killings but honestly it should be a wake-up call because kids are really kidnapped at age 11 and taken into these crazy cult this is very true this movie should be watched
I'm ashamed of the critics, this is one helluva good movie, not perfect but a 10 for me, you either get it or you don't!

I just finished it, IT WAS AMAZING!!! The Girl played her character so damn good the way she looks and just everything, but tbh they all played VERY good. I also must say im happy that they did took their time with the Ending, you see it not that often in Movies anymore. I feel thats a Movie you can definitly watch again at some point later. It have some brutal scenes which is maybe not for everyone i can assume, but this definitly adds to the Movie.
The Main Actor and the Girl they played it so good.
Its also a little like bonnie and clyde style a bit dont nail me on it, but on a fucked up way. The end was very nice too, all of it.
It's a well rounded up Movie i had not a minute where i was boored. I try not to spoiler anything ofc. One if not the best movie i have seen in a long wile.
I highly recommend everyone to watch this and dont miss it to watch.
We had not many Movies since Corona and everything some but not that many which really been good. This is def one. Dont miss out on it. For me the length absolute perfect i like longer Movies. Characters top all the screenplay.

"God is a Bullet" is a modern day western with Satanists instead of Comanches and Trucks instead of horses. The gunfights are top shelf and the 12 gauge damage is a nice rude awakening to all you woke folk. If I had bought a ticket to see this movie I'd have got my money's worth. Not for everybody but for an old timer like me it fit the bill at midnight. I even forgot to take my pain meds. It's 3am. Another cold beer and some pain relief and I'll ride in the Dawn. I'm talking to you cause the poltergeists tell me to shut the F up. Lift Hard and Heavy 👍🏋💪🇺🇸

Tenet is made before pandemic, Dune is ok movie but it was also mostly shot before pandemic, Don't look up is as usually Netflix's trash, not being released in theatres. Just because we had few good movies, it doesn't mean we had lot of quality and good movies during pandemic, especially because it was hard to work in those conditions in movie industry. And yes after pandemic they are making much better movies. Listen kid I watched movies while you were in Daddy's nuts, I know what are quality movies, just because you are impressed with something because you don't know or haven't seen better, it doesn't matter others have to be also. People did see and know for much better things.

Getting sick of revenge movies. Frustrating when they bring out versions of the same story for years. Wonder what the next trend is going to be,.. have we had disabled athletes yet? Or home renovations? We could have 10 years of action movies about cricket.

I can actually see that repetition makes people get weary and lose interest. I think what they need to do is fine balance Hollywood has a problem with finding balance in the films in this streaming shows otherwise they just regurgitate the same thing over and over.
