-In order to be allowed to push the suspect off road police at the station
needs to authorize it. Two attempts where made where the second one
should have been cleared from officers outside the car to in order to follow
the corrrect procedures.
-The first attempt of ramming was not planned but the second attempt of ramming the motorcycle against the fance was deliberate and was done without an OK from collegues at the station. For that he was sentenced in the Supreme Court (Högsta Domstolen) for misconduct and a fine of around €1300. See link in description.
-The biker sustained some serious injured when he went off the road and was also sentenced.
-Stop for police and send a dispatch before ramming suspects are the lessons learned for both parties here.

I can not see anything wrong in the way the police handled this pursuit. Obviously the guy who speaks the comment is not a friend of the police.
The problem was that he disregarded orders from his superior, which he also got reprimanded for.
@@gtboard Yes you are right but given the circumstances I think the officer did the right thing on the right moment. That idea can not be taken away by a ruling given bij people who neither were there at the scene nor have any experience with such situations and the eminent dangers that are part of them.

Synd, polisen försöker bara göra sitt jobb. Jag förstår att det inte är ok att överträda riktlinjerna som polisen har men i slutändan tycker jag att polisen ska få befogenhet att göra dessa typer av manöverar när föraren inte vill stanna - oavsätt om det är en motorcyklist eller bli.
Dom får preja men itne för en hastighetsöverträdelse. Mne om drograttfylla eller vapen då får dom ju det men måste OK från vakthavande befäl vad jag förstår.
Som sagt beror på vad det är för brott de handlar om. Försöka preja någon av vägen och riskera att allvarligt skada dom för att dom kör för fort är ju kanske inte riktigt värt.
Förstår inte folk som springer från polisen i 80kmh, ifall du ska göra ett brott kan du väll lika gärna gå fullt ut??

@@gtboard Innan polisbilen har stannat säger de i radion: "Han kör av vägen här precis" Tystnad "Vi går ut och kollar läget". Under den tysta perioden hade de hunnit säga "Skicka ambulans". Det hade inte försenat något.
Varför stannade han inte direkt när de försökte stoppa honom... Han har bara sig själv att skylla. Man ska inte kräva något av samhället om man inte sköter sig.

The driver of this unmarked car was fired because he didn't turn on the siren, instead he turned on the horn. That driver was merciful and alot officers aren't merciful with criminals.
He was reprimanded because he didnt abourt the chaw when he was ordered to.
