@SuperBadass I used to play that back on the SNES back in the day lol. The only power up from Arkanoid that isn’t in Blasterball is the one that lets you skip to the next level
I thought blasterball 2 was a demo preloaded into windows that only gave you a handful of levels, but you had to pay like 20 bucks at the time to unlock the full game. So I don't think you are correct.
I couldn’t for the life of me remember the name of this game for at least a decade and finally I found it again. The amount of nostalgia I’m feeling right now is off the charts.
I remember a selection of computer games consisting of Blasterball 2 : Revolution, Blasterball 2: Holidays, Polar Bowling, Polar Golf, Crystal Maze, and a racing game and helicopter game that I don't know the names of. Had a blast playing these.
I miss this game so much, haha. My parents and I were stuck without a home for several weeks when I was younger and had to stay at a really skeezy motel, and all I had to get me by was a little junky HP laptop with no WiFi. I remember it came equipped with HP Games, which included some WildTangent titles like the Blaster Ball series, and some other games like Penguins!, Bejeweled, Super Granny... those games really helped me get through what was a pretty rough point in my life at that time.
Finally found it! Been searching for this game for ever! I just remember playing it as a kid in the early 2000s. The music. Sounds. Graphics. Attempted to play so many others but this was the only good one
All of the Blasterball 2 variants as well as Blasterball 3 are still available from Wild Tangent's official site. You will have to pay for them if you want the full game though. I purchased some games from them last week and they all work quite well on Windows 10! (The only issue I've encountered is occasional freezing after extensive play sessions) Hope you find this helpful!
I'd recommend staying on Windows 7 if you still want this game, cause Windows 8.1 and 10 play horrible. (It plays fine in window mode, but has serious framerate issue and control issue if you try to play it in fullscreen mode...)
This and the free dungeaon crawler Fate were my games 20 years ago. My sister just rediscovered the name and now I get to watch this video to relive it. Fantastic.
I use Xbox Game Bar (XGB) to record the game. You have to make sure your PC has Pre-Installed Windows 10 or Later to record using XGB. Otherwise with Windows 8.1 or earlier PCs download a Recording software.
Anyone else remember playing this as a kid before WT demanded money to play their games?
Brentenjs550 yeah 😂
I wish they were still free. 😭
@SuperBadass Which itself is a knockoff of breakout

Blasterball 3 is more fun to play
2:45 , 3:38
I honestly never liked this game growing up. I find it the weakest of the trilogy
It may have been the most simple, but I find the music, especially the odd number stage theme to best in all the games
I remember tons of kids including me would play this in the computer lab after our work back in like 1st and 2nd grade
