    I still like how you take the effort to actually show your own outfits as examples. A lot of UA-camrs just monologue and cut a random google image pic of a model in. You actually give us real examples in motion!

      You right...it makes viewers understand he knows what he's talking about, and also believes in what he's saying. You can look at some other folks and know they just rehashing something they saw in gq or mens health.

    As I got older, I didn’t want to move on from my J’s. So I toned down the “loudness” of my clothing and rocked my J’s as the statement piece. A better fit is way more effective than name brand clothing.

    I used to be more of a sneaker guy but it seems that most of the fashion gurus are against sneakers except in the gym or exercising. Your video shows that you can incorporate sneakers and still look fashionable. Good job and I'm going to start wearing my sneakers more

    Another good one is to buy a pair to rock and another for stock. Strickly for your favorite shoes that may be limited. That way if anything happens to the first pair, you have a clean backup pair

    Very on point video! And one way to not only extend the life of your sneakers but to keep costs down as well is to take good care of your sneakers. Instead of having to replace very frequently because you've misused and abused them, keep them clean and in a rotation so they can rest from wear.

    1st again! Great video, Jeff. While white sneakers are a fashion essential, I also like black sneakers. For sports, I like waterproof Merrell sneakers, about $100, but they last a long time, even with rough use. Keep up the excellent content.

    • @savvylifestrategies9445
      @savvylifestrategies9445 6 років тому +1

      Thank you, Anthony. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I intend to publish similar business videos, in addition to my technology videos. Two areas I know something about. Meanwhile, I'm trying to learn more about style from Jeff, getting ready for all the book signing coming up :-)

    • @westfieldartworks8188
      @westfieldartworks8188 6 років тому

      Nice, Louis! I wrote something on your channel a few minutes ago regarding the idea of organizing the work day in a series of intervals. I make my workday reflect how I perform my exercise routines in the gym; short hard interval busts of activity followed by planned extended rest periods. It's made me a better athlete for sure. I feel the same approach makes me more productive as well while working. I feel it's a nice combination of working both smart and hard. But.....I could be wrong. I should be writing this response on your channel. I'll try to post my comments over there.

    • @savvylifestrategies9445
      @savvylifestrategies9445 6 років тому +2

      Thanks again, Anthony. If that work style fits you and produces higher quality work products, then you've found a winner. My point is that people who think working smart is enough, probably haven't faced real competition. Eventually, as you get promoted or as your business grows, the competitors become more capable and they are working smart, also. Therefore, working smart is not enough, if you want to come out on top. You need to also work hard. For example, Jeff is putting out quality videos daily and succeeding in a difficult UA-cam genre, men's style. The growth of his channel is exponential, but it is not happening by luck. He is working smart and hard. Since we're on Jeff's channel, I thought I should give him credit :-)

    • @westfieldartworks8188
      @westfieldartworks8188 6 років тому +1

      Okay....I see what you're saying. I have to say I'm not really in a nose to nose competition with others, so my interval approach may only produce a certain level of output that that at least feels right, but still may fall short if I were really in a highly competitive field. During the interval rest periods (planned disengagement), I do some physical activity like walking or shooting baskets, maybe even some cardio work on the stationary bike. I come back to the work period then so energized. There seems to be some science to back up this approach to the workday. My idea would then be to keep intervals intense, and add more work intervals to the day going beyond the 8 hours. Yeah, I love Jeff's channel. I sense a real work ethic here. Same goes for Antonio over at RMRS. lol..sorry I'm writing so much here.. I'll lay off the keyboard.

    You OG i feel like you should add, when its appropriate to pin fold. So many people buy hightops mid tops and even some lows and they still rocking daggy bootcuts and not showing off the shoe in its entirety. I feel like sometimes its appropriate to pinfold jeans to create a chino look especially if u have a statement shoe on. Peace

    OG I watched just because i was kinda curious..When I was young i wasnt able to participate in sports,and as soon as that changed,I never looked back.I wore sneakers to hang out,and stuff,yet then I ran track,played ball,cycled thousands of miles,and I still skate,so wearing sneakers or any kind of athletic gear on my feet became a non priority.I know especially after sprinting or being in the saddle on that bike for 3-8 hours,i just started wearing well built shoes made for protection/care of the feet.Yes,please do not wear loud sneakers and then gaudy jewelry,some Tee with some loud design,and some loud cap to go with it,because it's just overkill...Oh yeah,when you have certain size feet,you just cannot wear everything,like sizes 7-8 or 13+.

    I’ve been rocking Golden Goose sneakers lately. I think the crispy clean sneaker look is getting a bit played and looks a little too “put together”. Don’t get me wrong I still love a crisp pair of 350’s or a Lanvin DBB1’s. But the low key flex of Golden Goose sneakers have become my everyday go to.

    I agree that you should keep your shoes clean, although there are multiple shoes that look good dirty. Example: any Vans.

      Depends on the runners and the jeans, for example you can wear adidas ultraboost with some skinny jeans.

    Imo, the “Yeezy” untied laces with the wrong shoes. They only work with a one-piece upper or with vamps that flap open when untied (like Roshes).
