This took me ages, so i hope you all enjoy it!
Takes place before The Reichenbach Fall.
Sherlock gets himself in trouble with Moriarty, and he threatens to ruin his reputation as the famous Sherlock Holmes but no one knows how he's going to achieve it, all Sherlock knows is that he's managing to turn people against him. Clara goes to see his brother, Mycroft, asking for his help to save Sherlock, however he refuses because little does Clara know him and Sherlock had already formed a plan. Clara works out how Moriarty is going to try and ruin Sherlock, using the media to bring him down. Clara confronts Sherlock about his sudden low-profile, and begins to worry he's going to try and run away. She also admits to Sherlock she had doubts about him and was beginning to believe Moriarty. Sherlock begins to worry as John had already began to believe Moriarty's lies. Sherlock lies to Clara telling her that he's a fake and everything he was, was a lie before falling to his death. However, what she didn't know is that he did it to save her. Clara visits his grave, not noticing a figure lurking in the shadows...
"I don't want to world believing you're-"
"That I am what?"
"A fraud."
"You're worried they're right."
"What?"
"You're worried they're right about me."
"No."
"That's why you're so upset, you've got to be able detain the possibility that they might as well."
"No I'm not."
"Moriarty is playing with your mind too, can't you see what's going on!?"
"I worry about him, constantly. But I would prefer for various reasons that my concern go unmentioned, we have what you might call a, difficult relationship."
"Help him."
"You're very loyal, very quickly."
"Do it."
"You've seen it already, haven't you?"
"Once you start running, you start to forget, slowly. You just stop asking. Where are you from? What set you on your way, and where are you going?"
"You're afraid you've been taken in as well."
"You get used to not knowing. I thought I never would. I was wrong. I learnt the truth."
"Where am I!?"
"Keep your eyes fixed on me. I'm a fake. I created Moriarty for my own purposes."
"Why do they hate you?"
"This phone call, it's my note. That's what people do isn't it? Leave a note."

Absolutely flawless. I had never considered them together, and now suddenly I find them perfect. She has the kind of compassion and love of adventure that would suit him. I love the story line laid out in this vid, and the execution is breathtaking :)
