In the past, grohk had a ghost step legend, which with the deck had 125% speed, you could use the step once, die activating ghost step with the legend, revive and be able to activate ghost step again, 3 ghost steps in a row with 125 % speed

Thats true normally people use common talents but there are other ways to play champions with different talents in different olay style

DPS Ying is so viable since her cooldowns are overall very low, even lower with the right deck
