I’m 54 years old and watching this on a night-shift, I can’t bloody wait to get home and try this! Incidentally, I’ve got to go to the shops and buy supplies ….. (I’m already committed.)
Creating with simple stuff is a great way to learn and actively find new ways. I remember trying these building cardboard balloon cars, where the balloon is the engine pushing the car forward, paper to create posters on wall, as storage and many more. Thanks for the video Curiosity Show and everyone
Of course, I get this in my feed only hours after I blew a bunch of broken glass into my shins after putting a load of FFG pyrodex into a small Coke bottle. I'll be fine. Love the show.
Both "I'm glad you asked" and "Try it on your friends" in one video!
We are just missing “that’s impossible” for the curious trifecta.
Love it. Made my day.
"The projectile you are going to use is a soft, safe foam ball"
Oh how little you knew 10 year old me.
Use an unlit matchstick for realistic gunpowder effects

Happy New Year Curiosity Show!
Happy new year to you and all our viewers
How do I get the matchstick out of my ceiling?
I did indeed try it on my friends, and now 4 of them have each lost an eye after the match came out behind the ball and went through their pupil.
2024 and still no friends to try it on.
😆
It's about who has the longest finger then...
Does the match stick not get fired out sometimes as well?
No, the match slides out of the way at an angle.
love how childrens programmes once assumed that kids would be smart enough to not shoot their own eyes out - nowadays everything is boringly safe
An impressive launch!
Works even better with Nitro Glycerine.

As a kid I made one exactly the same except it was completely different.
That makes sense 😂😂😂
"How do we fire it? I'm glad you asked."
"I didn't ask...but I would have." 🙂
That is a lot of work, Rob.
But he is Deane
@@CuriosityShow Whoops!
Is this segment canon?😄
Death Star to the left, Earth to the right, and the video is talking about how to make and use a cannon. Umm… 😱😱😱
cotton ball or pompom
A scrunched up ball of paper would do in a pinch. 🙂
Now use it to launch small fruit...
"Right angles"?
Nerf stole this idea
🙂
Try it on your shell-shocked friends! ♥
