Projectors as a piece of technology go unnoticed especially in Indian Households. Tech influencers could actually play a significant role in making them common among people. What amazes me is that no mainstream tech influencers in India actually talked about it. Thank you Beebom, for covering this space as well.
We had projectors in the classrooms when I was in school, but there are several drawbacks to using a projector when making a purchase decision. To ensure an optimal viewing experience, it's necessary to have a completely dark room for the projector. If someone stands between the projection and the screen, their shadow can hinder the viewing quality. You can't simply place a projector in your living room for everyday viewing. While projectors offer the advantage of large screens, they require specific conditions. You need a dedicated dark room in your house exclusively for the projector. Considering Indian households, this may not be feasible for most, which is why TVs are more commonly preferred over projectors.
Projectors have lots of cons, too. When u want to use it in our normal Indian house. 1. U need a dedicated room to use a projector with air conditioning (this is a must for a projector) 2. The viewing quality will differ based on everyone's perception. Some may think great some may think not good. 3. Finally, setting up a projector means you r going to make connections with lot of wires

In my opinion a 4K tv would be better. The size of the tv is something you would have to compromise. But the contrast of the colours and most importantly the black parts. In most 4k TVs the blacks would be much better since the LED in that zone will switch off giving a more darker black. Whereas in a projector the black parts will still have some light and it would more like grey than black because the projector light comes from a single lamp. Also its a 1080p projector. But if you are willing to go up to 50k then you can get a diffraction screen for the projector as well a better projector. So yeah I think for now 4k TV is better option coz it has more pros than cons. What do you think?
Projector is good to show dark scenes, else how would you watch movies in theaters? Come out of that misconception. Put money in well known brands like BENQ, Epson, Optoma and get the amazing experience. I have not seen a 100+inch TV so the argument ends there.
Poor person's theatre! I heard the Zebronics audio you used, and I remember what a manufacturer once told me: Indians like loud sound, not necessarily hi-fi. So, going by that, there are quite a few compromises in pic quality, audio quality and the likes.

Sounds good for the setup but it could be better with respect to the budget Here are my considerations: Projectors give almost the same cinematic experience when paired with a good bright screen and a good hometheater system. That is ₹34,000 with a basic screen and close to ₹40,000 for a good screen and HT setup. With OTT being the mainstream now, Building a home theater close to ₹40k is definitely worth it.

The only thing these Projector offers is a large screen. But everything else is a con in terms of a budget projector. 1. The heat it produces 2. Bad contrast ratio 3. Bad Blacks 4. Bad image quality and blur on the corners or edges 5. Need very specific environment like a dark room. 6. Need more setup compared to plug and play smart tv. 7. The only thing these Projector offers is a large screen. But everything else is a con in terms of a budget projector.
1. The heat it produces
2. Bad contrast ratio
3. Bad Blacks
4. Bad image quality and blur on the corners or edges
5. Need very specific environment like a dark room.
6. Need more setup compared to plug and play smart tv.
7. Less brightness compared to any smart TV thus unable to watch when even a small amount of light comes in the room.
Note- These things don't apply to a high-end projector. But we are not talking about them in this video.
It’s damn good
Please explain why we need 4k stick for 1080p native projector?
Is 1080p really good for such a large screen real estate?
Loved the experiment. Can you please recommend a better projector for higher budgets at every ₹5k point?
It would turn out to be a smart joke set up with pathetic smile experience..
Don't make such videos for the sake of making a video only.
4.1 surround speakers that cannot surround you 😂😂 What is this zebronics 😬
If you Would have shown the speakers output, during a movie or video would be great. I curiously watching for the speakers output. But it was not there.
but projector has lots of heating issues. You can't used it more than 2-3 hrs continuously
this seems blurry to me....i never spend 25k for this kind of experience ..how can I use this in day time?
i would rather buy TV than buying a project for N number of reasons. unless the projector is ultra short throw leaser project.
please don't settle for this cheap projector at all it might give you a fun time for short term but it has many issues that later on feels like you just getting along and pretending to be having fun.
Made the setup in around 13 k
7000 projector was on sale

Pls make a dedicated video for cheap and best school projector setup
Sorry but this is a Super bad picture quality
So just gonna gloss over the fact that this setup doesn't work because you cannot move the speakers away from the front channels?
Can anyone say wzatco a1 vs borssp ultima which is best for living room with 10 feet
What about electricity consumption with all these additional components
Can you suggest best projector under 20000 for home theatre
I want to make best 3d projector setup but don't have idea how to do it? Please make video on 3d projector setup also
This entire setup failed at audio. There is no way dd+ travels via BT or aux. Good setup tho.. except for the audio part
Content like these makes sense to 90% of the population 😂 rest 10% don't watch your content
4.1 doesn't make sense as long as the projector doesn't have eARC.
which 4k tv stick i should use that could support 4k OTT and videos?
brother, Hindi bolne mein Sharam aati hai kya?
I would rather go for 55 inch QLED tv ...
would love to see this as a series, home theatre setup under 25k / 50k / 1L / 1.5L and so on
Can please make a video on samsung watch 5 one ui 5 update (mainly samsung pay)
Please post a video for 50k, 75k and 1 lakh budget as well
Wow that's awesome all together ❤ thankyou
A Smart TV which just plug in and has everything in one place is something I like.....Rather than Projector, speaker, screen and dongle all connected... Also with all mess of wires and screen will catch dust............
