Thanks for the tips. Nobody every makes river videos and its all I fish. Its always a grass lake it seems. I dont have grass in my river just rocks and fallen logs. I been doing good on crayfish patterns t rigged lately. I use crayfish, wacky worms, shakey head trick or finesse worms, crankbaits, paddle tail swimbaits and poppers the most.
@@matthall8378 Cool deal . I know rivers often don’t get much said about them. I get to fish both lakes and rivers so I thought I would start doing video on both. Can’t go wrong with cray fish pattern. Thanks for watching I appreciate the feedback! 👊🏼🔥
@@MichaelKnapp-ei9nh both good river baits for sure. Heck they are good choices anywhere! lol 😂 Thanks for watching and for the feed back! Tight lines!!👊🏼🔥
@@bigmikefishingchonicles9950 Thanks Mike. August and September are always tough to me especially since I fish pretty shallow -less than 10 foot most of the time. Thanks for the comment and Thanks again for watching! 👊🏼🔥👊🏼
Good morning Rix, thanks for the video. Give a Hover rig a try. 1/32 #1 or 3/32 1/0 with a Dream shot Magic candy or Honey candy color or your favorite color. Smallys and Latgemouth will eat it. We don't have Spots here in PA. Fish On brother.
@@carlwalker8291 Man your going ultra finesse there! lol I don’t have e anything that small. In the rivers around here with all the barnacles and the hard wood cover and grass how do you think that kind of deal would work? Thanks for the comment and as always thanks for watching! 👍🏻🔥
@rjcornett179trx I use 10lb braid to 7lb fluro or straight fluro. I never worry about breaking off. If your not catching them, what does it hurt to try. I broke a 4lb largemouth off 2weeks ago, obviously a guess, but I grabbed the line lol. Not a smart move lol. 7lb FC Sniper is tuff as nails. I had 2 over 5lbs and 2 over 4lbs in a tournament in May on 7lb at the upper bay. Fishing grass and rip rap on a tube. Give it a try. I would send you a picture, but I don't know how, lol. Fish On !
@@Veritas84Aequitas That’s a sweet looking bait. Haven’t seen it in person but I have seen a couple of videos on it. Definitely something to give a try. There is so much tackle and new baits out there now. It’s crazy! Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching! Really appreciate it 👍🏻👍🏻
