From last year it’s way down people always gonna die that’s just life but last year was a war zone this year it’s way more safe we had multiple weeks with no killings last year it probably was 2 days between every violent crimes if that compare to last year its 25% better in dc I just think people don’t want no one to die at all and the sad case is it’s not reality 😢

No. They changed the laws. That happens btw. Laws change. And shootings increased. Also: Even if gas were illegal in DC, there aren't border crossing checks at the dozens of roads that go in and out of Maryland and Virginia or at the waterways.
I started watching this because last night at just after midnight I heard what I thought might be gunshots, then sirens after seemed to confirm it. But I live in NorthEAST, not Northwest... so I waited to see the other locations and sure enough, last one's in northeast, right where I could have heard it, but the time was 5 hours later, so who knows what went down at first but apparently no one was hit until 5 hours later.
This is the first time I've turned to Fox News on the internet to confirm or deny something I literally may have happened nearby.
