Someone told me that if you create a new campaign group and try it you'll see the options. Try that out.

I had that problem as well. I had to make a new Campaign Group rather than just a new Campaign to get those options to appear.

@@VirenBaid25 Not sure off hand. I just know that I didn't have those options until I made a fresh group. I didn't notice anything particularly different, but perhaps having already created the group locked in the settings somehow and prevented that type of ad.
