So i hooked up solar with sae cables forgot to put the reverse polarity adapter in and made AC output not work and dc output works though. Cant charge it well i can if the 5.5m input would work right lol was womdering which connectir i could use to charge it the xt60 or 90 and which to make a adapter for a 400w inverter to connect to

Hi I had a problem with mine, I contacted them, and they sent me out a replacement the problem with mine was it started puffing out magic smoke at around 400 watts AC i think the inverter was on its way out after being 2 weeks old.. the replacement one has problems to with the type C port.. and the time till its rans out is all over the place also one of the LED lights has stopped working and seems to go dead a lot faster than the first one it's like roulette with these people say they get a good one then one bad one it must be how the made.

@12voltvids I would love to send u the images of the damaged inverter to see where it went wrong

@@DJphantom340Hey, is your is still alive? I have mine about a month, it was overload and smoked, but still working lol. I disassemble it and I see one of six mosfet transistors is blow up. Will replace transistor tomorrow and hope it will work long after :)

@@Slam53music hey yeahh mines still going also I just use it for low power things like stuff under 200w mine was version 1 when I got a replacement unit it was version 2 they had no problem with me getting a replacement

on these battery banks, I really wish they had a huge light on the top, so it can point on the ceiling and light up the whole room

Lay it on its back with the lights and ac outlets facing up. The other ones on the sides are still accessable.

Mine does not shut off at 10%... Wonder if this is a counterfeit unit or new software. Mine is s700 v2

I ran mine at 100% output for the full charge so i had it running hot. That's likely why mine shut down at 10%

Mine only ran 190W on AC for 2hrs20m

I am suprised the batteries are in parallel. I wondered if they would have had longer runtime if in series and run the inverter at higher voltage. For example. 600 watts would take 50 amps at 12 volts plus the inverter fan and drive circuitry. If they were 60 volts. It would only be 10 amps draw at max power.

      Watts are watts.

Parallel batteries give DOUBLE rated Ah capacity and amp rating. Series would ADD each cell's voltage to total but they will only have the rated cell amp capacity. Series adds voltage. Parallel adds AmpHour capacity/Current capacity.

@@marshmower Nonsense! Battery capacity is measured in watt/hours, and Ohm's law teaches us that power is the product of voltage and current. Therefore, it doesn’t matter whether there is a high current with a lower voltage or vice versa - the power will be the same.

depleated battery on new product? aren't these deep discharged? 5 cells in serial, 10V, makes 2V/cell ... thats means dead cell

They are shipped with minimal charge due to fire risk

Never knew why batteries were in parallel the inverter at higher wattage drain the battery's quicker.

I think it's a matter of balancing the lithium elements. After all, each serial connection requires a separate balancing line when charging, but a parallel connection does not require this.
