- Walking into an abandoned property with three #Rottweilers is like walking into the coliseum because you just don't know what to expect, but the warrior of #HopeForPaws - JoAnn Wiltz and Alex Babcock were fearless and did just that! Armed with cheeseburgers, they walked into the arena and lived to tell the story ⚔️🛡️

Agreed. I absolutely love Rottweilers, but you never know how a dog will respond - let alone 3 dogs - let alone 3 large dogs! Especially when they've been abandoned and possibly abused. So glad they were able to save these beautiful babes!

that barks just mean : hello people i,m here. That was not protecting . Its more like curious which can end bad aswell but moving tails, chil body language, it just looked like they were just chiling and waiting for better days to come.

Having raised 4 street dogs i could never begin to understand how people can even think of abandoning their own dogs. Shame on them

@@jazziecat2354 still not an excuse for the abandonment. There’s plenty of animal shelters you can call and take care of these animals. Leaving them to fend for themselves is just plain cruel and unacceptable.
Something don't seem right. If the place was abandoned then who really owns the property? The property owners are just losing free money since they aren't selling it should they just flee the building leaving it vacant. If the owners lost the home to the banks; then the banks would had claimed it with a bunch of big signs saying "For Sale" or "Home Foreclosed For Sale" or something like that out in the front yard. If the property owners left in a hurry without even selling the house then shady stuff seems to be happening in this property. Hopes for Paws should had called the cops and animal control to investigate this property.
@@coolgamers2794 There are people that leave ahead of a foreclosure - they know it is coming so they pack and just leave rather than being thrown out. This looks like a small "compound" so likely something happened legally and those who came in to 'clean up" after found the dogs.
I know in my area someone closed down their towing business which had a small impound yard and just left like 4 dogs on the property. People who lived nearby realized after a couple of weeks that the owners had not come back and called the county. So it could be something similar.
The only problem with rotties is that they always think they are small enough to sit on your lap, even when they weigh more than you . Well done rescuing three beautiful dogs.
My friend’s Rottie always thought he was a lap dog & he was huuuuge! He was such a sweet, lovable goofball, it was impossible not to love him.

Somebody loved and cared for these three rottweilers at one time. They are not exhibiting aggressive behaviors which signifies abuse or neglect. That mama dog is 😊something else. Love her. 🦋

I thought the same thing. No fear or hesitation entering the proverbial lions den. I realize these ladies are experienced rescuers but still braver than me.

Based on how quickly these guys warmed up to human contact, they were loved once. How someone could abandon 3 loveable goofballs like this I'll never understand.

Its amazing how these dogs were neglected yet still had room in their hearts to accept the love and help to be saved from other humans they only knew for 1 day! Bless these doggies and helpers💓

These gentle dogs are amazing. My first wish - those who did this are prosecuted. Wish #2 - they are adopted together. But any way you call it they will be happy and the families that get them will be blessed to have them.
Whoever adopts these dogs is very lucky, they are amazing!
This just appeared in my YT suggestions. As a Rottweiler owner: thanks for saving these! My 'velcro dog' is always besides me but when I'm away, he's focussed on protecting my wife. Seriously guarding, no play-time. A task. I think that these three beautiful dogs will be very protective towards the ladies who rescued them! Make no mistake!

Horrible people. If they’re not fit for being a cat/dog owner, they could just bring that animal to the shelter. A domestic pet doesn’t have as much survival chance as a tiger or wolf, so it’s just a horrible thing to do.
Always amazes me how quickly these abandoned dogs seem to recognise people of good heart and intent 🥰

And how forgiving of humans they are. It's so sad to see such sweet, innocent creatures treated as disposable objects by people they were supposed to be able to trust. Once you cross that line to me you are not a human being. You don't deserve trust from anyone, and you certainly don't deserve to ever have another pet again. Surely someone noticed these dogs no longer in their former owner's life. I hope someone who knows what they did reports them, and gets them put on the do not adopt/ do not foster list, and not just in California. At the very least! 🤬

They looked so relieved to being rescued. You rescued ladies are tough to mess with the tough Rottweilers. And they were so happy to help them out of the rough areas. Bless you guys!

i believe in the video around the start it said some lady? or someone in general had been feeding them for quite sometime.... but still no clean water, pooping near the water....
@@MadlySevered It seems like you have some personal resentment towards the USA. If a dog has good conditions , with water and shelter and in a properly fenced enclosure, there is nothing wrong with leaving them alone for more than 4 hours. Sweden went a little overboard with that law.

I've only known one Rottweiler -- but I've never known a more loving and affectionate dog than Hesha. And she was a real beauty. I always tell people that she was the biggest kitty cat I'd ever known! Cheers for Rottweilers.

I’ve had Rotties for over 30 years and when they trust you it really means a lot. So protective and loyal…I hate seeing abandoned animals but it’s hard when it’s a crew of rotties bc it’s scary-you did an excellent job of saving them!

Over my adulthood I have rescued 6 Rotties fur babies. Nothing but big fur babies lugs of love. It takes a special person to raise Rotties, you have to be the Alpha! Currently my 5 yr old Freya is my last, I am 71 with cancer. We love her dearly! Rotties are not a cheap dog to own, $1200 a yr. for food, shots, heart worm preventative. They are big love bugs! Thank you for your hard work in rescuing these precious dogs. Dog spelled backward is God!
I really hope they will get adopted out together. Or at least the two adults together. They seem so bonded 😢

WOW... amazing rescue girls. It's hard to understand why anyone would abandon such beautiful dogs the way they did, I'll never understand some people. HFP's comes to the rescue once again showing how love and patience can win the day. Good on you both for going into that place with three healthy sized Rottie's. Watching the way the Rotties gazed up at their rescuers speaks volumes on what a loving touch can do.

To even purchase pure bred rotties are rather expensive so how are they simply abandoned.
I am very much confused and saddened although I am a SGD lover.
I believe these babies may have been very loved by their owner. It occurs to me that there are times when the owner is not the one who abandoned their pets. I have heard of (and seen footage of) angry exes, hateful neighbours, and other horrible people (even boyfriends and girlfriends who dislike the pets), who lure people's pets off their property, drive them far away, and abandon them in remote areas. And some have been caught on film doing it. It's despicable. But it happens every day and everywhere. It's not always the owners who are the dumpers. People need to always be on the alert for bad people and ALWAYS, always, always have your pet microchipped. Especially if you are going through a breakup or a divorce that is tense and acrimonious, and your soon to be ex has expressed hatred toward you or your animals. Always.
Once again I am amazed and impressed by the courage, skill and empathy of you lady rescuers.

Most of the most evil mass murderers started out as Animal Abusers. It reveals the evil in people's hearts how they treat the creatures entrusted to their care! It also reveals the goodness in the hearts of those that rescue creatures of God!
@@jeffstorm The vast majority of people who abuse animals are not mass murders. There is also a huge difference in inflicting pain for enjoyment and this. Of course the biggest mass murderer of all is god.
Actually, many who are abusive to animals all too well have felt pain and hunger and other such terrible feelings. Not having any self-esteem themselves they only know to act the way they have been treated. It is so important that parents distinguish between hating a bad course or attitude a child has and not hate the child. Others who know parents are hating their child should not hate the child also but do as the parents should have done-love the child and fill him/her with self worth and let them know they can do what is right. Help them realize that yes, their parents have failed them, but they can still benefit from other "parental" figures who will help them move on with their lives.
KARMA
Not just pain and hunger, but the fear and confusion they must feel when they are abandoned by the human(s) they trusted most in the world. A dog would never abandon their loyal loving human for any reason, and yet humans abandon/abuse/dump their loyal and loving dogs far, far too often. 😥
Shame on whoever abandoned these beautiful dogs. Good news: There's a forever home waiting for them.

These are 3 beautiful Rottweiler’s and they do not have a mean bone inside the body as all they is want is lots of love and also plenty of belly rubs and all 3 Rottweiler’s have show much love to give.

Rotties are gentle giants. Mine are protective of our smaller toy poodle in public and children. Great work rescuing these 3.

yeah, how could someone abandon these beautiful animals, to just abandon them should be a crime punishable by law, the animals could at least be surrendered to some organization like hope for paws, not just left on the street, it is a terrible thing to do
