A Walk Through the One-of-A-Kind Show - Christmas 2023

The One-of-A-Kind Craft Show is a must-do if you are visiting Toronto during the last 2 weeks of November/early December. It runs for 11 days and you will find hundreds of artisans selling everything from food to clothing to paper goods, jewelry, soaps, wooden products, art and more!! It is the place to shop to cross people off your shopping list, plus get yourself a gift as well.
Some tips - the best time to go is during the week, during the day. I went on a Thursday between 2-5pm and it was nice and quiet. It allows you to talk with the makers and actually see what they are selling. The weekends are extremely busy.
There is an area with 5/6 day vendors. On Tuesday, this area changes over with new vendors. Your ticket allows for repeat visits, so if you can, go back and check out the new vendors.
The food to eat for lunch is very expensive. My burger and drink with taxes and tip was $30. You can bring your own snacks and there is a place to refill water bottles.
There is parking available, but the streetcars and Go Train go right into the exhibition grounds and is very accessible.
Otherwise, allow yourself ample time to walk through the show and be inspired by all of the creations.
