You are probably one of the most intelligent auditors that I watch, you always comply with just whats needed. Some viewers think auditors should get arrested every time they are being wronged with law enforcement but those viewers have probably never had any experience with the legal system.
Not true. I've had my share of police interactions from both sides of the law. So yes I have a rap sheet, we'll leave it at that. About a year ago I was arrested on a charge that I knew was wrong. When I got to court the special prosecutor was asking for 7.5 years federal. She tried to get me to take a plea for 2.5 years federal time. Told her they would be no plea deal lets get the trial stated. Judge came in heard her then my lawyer and dismissed the case. Sometimes when you are in the right you have to stand up fight no matter what happens. We all have rights..... use them or lose them
One thing though (not to be too nit picky, but credit should go where it's due) "I don't feel tardy" came from "fast times at Ridgemont High". Classic line from a classic movie!
@@roger5322 POS prosecutors will use every trick in the book to ruin a person's life. They don't care about truth and justice, they care about winning; they could know for an absolute fact that you're innocent, but if they have enough circumstantial evidence, they will put you in prison without a second thought. I almost went to law school because I wanted to defend innocent people against these morally bankrupt and sociopathic prosecutors.
Even with overwhelming proof that he's lying, this tyrant just refuses to back down. Everything that came out of his mouth was either a blatant lie or twisting a legal activity into a crime
If I'm in charge, this cop is going back with an FTO, with more training. Otherwise all we're doing here is growing a walking liability. He still needs supervision.
It took the officer 3 times to finally say "he backed out of a driveway before I was past him" which is a lie because all he saw was the reverse lights and how come the officer gets to run stop signs without his lights on?
Cops really don't give a flying dogshit if they're caught lying. Even when they're caught, they just stand there and say "good policework" and "no evidence of wrongdoing." They gaslight until the whole thing is forgotten.
I've seen hundreds of these videos. Never once has anyone ever "dispelled" any cops' suspicion. It's impossible. It's a legal tactic they abuse every chance they get.
From the Florida anti-prowling statute section 2. “ No person shall be convicted of an offense under this section if… it appears at trial that the explanation given by the person is true and, if believed by the officer at the time, would have dispelled the alarm or immediate concern.” Most of these cases it might still be an important and useful legal defense to actually try to dispel a cop’s suspicions. Jeff knows this which is why he usually explains he is a journalist, he’s conducting an investigation, he has no ill-will, not trying to conceal himself etc. It’s important to stay silent but there are actually a few statements you might want to make not to give up too much info that can be used against you but just to quickly show that you have no criminal intent.
I usually love Jeff's audits, but this one...not so much. 1) He never asked the tyrant what was improper about the way he backed up. 2) He never told the supervisor that the cop was lying and he had the proof on dash cam. 3) He surrendered his ID, which is all the tyrant really wanted, which is why Jeff never got ticketed for all of those alleged infractions. 4) There's no indication that Jeff followed up with a complaint. If I knew Jeff was going to fold, I wouldn't have watched the whole video. I'm still a fan because most of his audits are better than this one.
It's beautiful. When you truly know you haven't done anything wrong, and it's all recorded from beginning to end, and you have a HUGE following, he just sits back and enjoys the show.
Cop probably thought Jeff's camera was only aimed towards the front, so he thought he could make up something about the backing up. Also, the cop lit him up after he went to park on the side of the road. Would that even be considered a traffic stop?
In my town they every so often have random stops where they check vehicles and use the excuse "sobriety check points".. Anytime a vehicle makes a turn before the checkpoint they pull that vehicle over and search the vehicle and interrogate the driver and passengers and say they have probable cause to do so....
Misuse of authority, lying officer needs to be fired. The sheriff office needs to be investigated for all the trumped up charges they had with that officer. Great work Jeff
Don't fire the Bad Cops, REVOKE their Law Enforcement Bond which would mean they could never work in Law Enforcement anywhere in the U.S. for the rest of their lives!! They would also kiss their Pensions goodbye!!
I would have said straight up I am investigating your police officers from reports that they are doing illegal traffic stops and you guys just confirmed my investigation thank you for making this a quick and easy job!
That’s right Huckfu. I would have a crew in the car with cameras and sound equipment, and pile out and set up tripods and camera angles and turn it into a big production!
AND TO FILL THEIR BWCs AND HIS DASH CAMS WITH NONSENSICAL BLUBBERINGS? REVENGE IS MANDATED BONE DEEP TO BE SAVORED WITH THE PERPETUITIES OF THE INTERNET.
The rookie claimed that Jeff began backing as the rookie was passing and not completely past the driveway. The rookie knows that Jeff has a dash camera and can prove the rookie and the other pubic servants wrong. What all pubic servants want is to make that mark of how many folks get pulled over. Erroneous OT not in order to get federal funding for more dum dum to be hired, more ammunition, more pistols, more rifles, more shotguns, more suppressors(why do pubic servants need suppressors?), more armored vehicles. They do not care if they trample on citizens rights. They don't care if their ridiculous charges get tossed, it's no sweat off their balls. No accountability. On occasion one dum dum gets thrown to the wolves.
I remember way back my driving instructor in school saying that backing out of your drive way was technically illegal but everyone does it and no one gets ticketed
They admitted under false accusations that all they wanted was his identification. If Jeff really did so many traffic infractions he’d definitely get a ticket for something but as the Sargent said they just want to id him and they’ll give him a verbal warning. With all the dashcam proof of the original officer lying to Jeff and his superior, that’s enough for a small lawsuit. Pulling over suspicious vehicles with fake probable cause just for identification is a serious 4th amendment violation and he just proved, so easily, that Jeff’s investigation was spot on.

Loitering laws also state that once the suspected person of loitering States their business and if it is lawful then loitering goes out of the window same with prowling. Before Jeff got pulled over I was wondering if he was going to do a full stop just before the white stop bar on the road and I noticed that he did. And then the officer actually lies about that as part of the reason for the stop. As far as I know, "improper backing" is what you can get cited for when you back out of a parking spot or put your car in reverse and then actually hit another vehicle or stationary object. Incorrect interpretation of loitering and prowling are a popular go-to for officers to make up a reason to stop or to obtain ID. Deputy Dorsey is a lying armed domestic terrorist posing as a law enforcement officer committing harassing criminal atrocities against the people in that community.
We can see he did come to a complete stop, however the video does NOT evidence if the front of the vehicle was stopped BEFORE the white line. Technically if the front of your vehicle breaks the plane of the white stop line, you went past a stop line.
"Well, if you see anything give us a call..." "Ok, I saw a cop lying on camera in an effort to extort revenue from a law abiding citizen....and hes RIGHT THERE!"
I don't feel suspicious...you got something to write on...l brought my pencil... Great nod to Van Halen whilst being in the middle of a shakedown...What a legend!!
So how does one improperly back out of a driveway? Also how does an officer see you improperly stop at a stop bar from way behind you? It amazes me how they have this super vision. They can see where your front bumper exactly is from behind you. It also makes me wonder if they are suspicious as to where all those other cars are going? It is t against the law to not want a cop behind you. So good luck to that. I wish you would make him explain an improper backing. I want to hear this.
He was full of 💩, and he knows that his qualified immunity covers him when he's caught in a lie.. It will quickly be dismissed as a simple mistake, with zero concern with how the mistake violated a constitutional right..
In Florida, its (1) The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic. (2) The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same upon any shoulder or roadway of any limited access facility. So, it was bullshit because there was no traffic, which means it was safe. Additionally, he came to a complete stop as evidenced in his dash cam.
The Sherriff or Captain of every police Department should be held liable for deputies that violate citizens rights without penalty. Until then there is no America, just a lie hiding in plain sight. On another note, how can any competent Sheriff run a department without educating their officers on first amendment auditors and instruct to avoid??? At a bare minimum!!! Perhaps even advise on upholding the constitution. Crazy, I know!
This is despicable! Then we wonder why there’s so much divide between law-enforcement and the public. So now the police can just pull people over for no reason to find out who they are. I hope you filed a complaint and showed your evidence that you didn’t do anything wrong. Deputy should be fired and then sued and lose his qualified immunity.
@ Shannon Carnahan ---> "....should be fired and then sued and lose his qualified immunity" No, that'll never happen.....he'll just get picked up by another agency. ALL of these people screwing us over.....cops, judges, prosecutors, politicians, CEO's, you name it......each and every one has an abode they retire to at night.....some w/ families, some not. There WILL come a time when they will not feel safe in that abode.....that will be JUST RECOMPENSE
With that being said, it's amazing how Deputy Dorsey can legally affirm any actions or inactions in the future when it involves any case matter. He clearly lied, (didnt stop at a stop sign).... Unreal
It should be that when a case like this is taken to trial, the video SHOWING that Dorsey is LYING should put him on the "Brady List" not sure what it is called in FL.
The video does NOT show the front of the vehicle. If any part of the front of the vehicle breaks the plane it is a violation. That said, it would have been so close, it would have been impossible for the officer to see that far back. The question I have, is did he signal the backing turn as he was exiting the driveway??
@@HUBABUBA-il8fn what’s the question? Are you asking if he used a turn signal to back up? I mean if he did or didn’t that’s not why he stated he did improper back, he said he almost hit him

OVER STOPPING IS SUSPICIOUS, NOT STOPPING IS SUSPICIOUS, BEING HERE? INSTEAD OF BEING THERE? OR JUST BEING---MAY CAUSE A MAG DUMP ON SUSPICIOUS ACORNS, AS HAS BEEN RECORDED.
Yep, actually it does and ( removed an errant the) it was. If you take a moment to read the loitering and prowling law you'll find cops can apply that almost anytime they want. Add in to that things like Kansas v Glover where SCOTUS ruled that even information about the registered owner is sufficient RAS to make a stop. The information need not even be particularized to the vehicle or the operator and still the court says, lawful stop based upon RAS. As I recently explained to someone, you can study all the court cases you like and think you really know what RAS is but you don't. RAS is whatever the officer thinks it is. Maybe someday down the road if you're arrested, killed or injured a judge might review the evidence and maybe find RAS or not. Until then, the stop is presumed lawful, you can tell by the overhead lights. Had Jeff tried driving away the cops definitely would have used force to stop him. They couldn't do that unless they were acting lawfully right? And shockingly an unlawful bullet from a cop is just as deadly as a lawful one. In fact courts have actually found in situations like this that the stop was unlawful but based on good faith and any resistance or subsequent charges were still valid because the person knew if was a cop and the person is bestowed with the authority to adjudicate or judge whether the stop was lawful or not. Probably a very good reason the constitution and the fourth amendment don't speak of a warrantless arrest, almost like it was intended that a judge review the cause prior to asserting force or causing harm. Unfortunately, we don't see to have the ability and technology they had 200 years ago to contact a judge and get a warrant. Instead we just give every individual officer more authority and more discretion than we give judges. Can you imagine this officer has to forward his dash cam and his statement to a judge before he could actually make this stop. Would his statement be the same as it was on camera? I think most judges would be very ticked off to have an officer like this blatantly regarding the court. But hey, they are allowed to lie, why would a citizen need the truth when it's just their life, liberty and property that are being threatened? I think you watch Jeff's face and understand, he's thinking this all through, realizes it's probably likely he will be required to identify because of the prowling and loitering statute. Even just suspicion of the crime is enough to authorize a traffic stop which is lawful as long as the RAS is lawful. Unfortunately only a court can make that determination, until then the officer has essentially unlimited authority. He says RAS exist, who are we mere citizens to argue? It's a pretty crappy system we've allowed and there are so many laws like loitering that can be broad, vague and easily twisted to fit any circumstances. Best a person can do is refuse to identify, let them arrest you, tow and impound your car, lock you in jail overnight and force you to give them money to get out. Then you can argue in court, get the charges all dropped and only be out a few days and a few thousand dollars but at least you win. The process is more punishment than the sentence sometimes and cops know it. Argue if you like, refuse if you like, it's pretty hard to actually win. Oh and who knows, after the charges get dropped, maybe in a year or two the city will offer a couple thousand dollars to settle if you sue. Really the best any of us can hope for is to just not get involved with police or government. Unfortunately that can be impossible.

Never answer any questions without Your Lawyer present 3. Confirm you are being detained and for what “CRIME” you’re suspected of committing 4. When the copsplaining starts, request a supervisor 5. Always record every interaction with law enforcement or city employees for posterity 6. Remain calm & comply if things get physical. Remember you can win a court case on the side of the road 7. Always get names & badge numbers of every officer on the scene for posterity 8. Never go back & forth with law enforcement. The Supreme Court has ruled that officer’s can lie in the course of their duties. 9. Whenever necessary, file complaints and lawsuits against tyrants. Attack the money & everyone will bow! Just seeing the cop pull up right behind you gave me anxiety. It’s sad that in todays world being pulled for doing nothing is the norm for police . I just wish Jeff gave the surprise that the officers were the one under investigation (showed his UA-cam channel) and that being suspicious isn’t grounds to be pulled over
I'm not sure why people say "in today's world", or "these days". Police are better than they have ever been. We have cameras now so they can't get away with all of their crimes. It was still common practice less than 20 years ago to rob, beat, and arrest any person for any reason.
My opinion; I believe everyone should have cameras on their person and vehicles. Great job Jeff! Be safe everyone! Get more training and do better or surrender your license, officer!! ABOLISH QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!!!
I love your attitude and how well you handle yourself. You don't try to flex or provoke but stay calm and respectful no matter what. Many other auditors can be a bit much or quite annoying. Wish I could be more like you when interacting with police lol
So basically if we're doing something other than what everyone else is doing then we're being suspicious. Wtf what a dang joke. Great job Jeff. Wish u said hell no I won't call you guys why would I do that instead of yeah. But hey it's whatever
They never seem to understand the difference between the word suspicious and the phrase 'reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime'. Somehow they always seem to think that suspicion is enough to force someone to ID, even though they can't articulate a crime. I suspect some even think that when you as an officer can pronounce the word 'suspicion' you have articulated enough to demand ID. ;-)
the dozens of calls to the sherriff offices, the IA investigation that Jeff will ultimately spark, the destruction of their facebook pages and all the other little things will pay out bigger than a lawsuit.
People really can't comprehend the balls it takes to stand up to a cop like this. The amount of anxiety and nervousness. And the fact Jeff is able to do it so calmly and clear minded. Anybody can go out there and lose control and start screaming at cops. It takes a special type of person to be able to peacefully and civilly stand up for your rights, maintain your composure, and not let your nerves get the best of you.
This is a win I love it. You showed exactly what so many people cannot articulate or show in their own videos. You were doing NOTHING wrong, he manufactured reasons to stop you. If the ending didn't play out the way it did, your fate would have been left in the hands of those that empower this behavior. You succeeded in doing both, showcasing the violations of the law, and managed to comply with them to stay free. Good on you, this video is gold.
No it's not. His duty is to fill jails. Cops are legally allowed to lie because it's more important to criminalize private citizens than to be helpful.
As usual Jeff, you prove you are willing to investigate tips, which is a valuable service for all of us. Basically once you pull into your driveway you can never ever back out again. Of course you could always back into your driveway from the street but that’s illegal too. I think I’m going to start a business of installing vehicle turntables in driveways here in Florida.

Loitering and prowling statute is unconstitutional because it provides little forewarning of what conduct might be unlawful.
Loitering laws also state that once the suspected person of loitering States their business and if it is lawful then loitering goes out of the window same with prowling. You're one of the best! "I don't feel suspicious" is the best line ever! Great investigative reporting!
Saying "lawfully detained" supposedly makes the stop "legal". 🥴

See, I'm going out on a limb here and using experience that tells me you weren't about to engage in a productive useful discussion but you are going to tell me I'm wrong, this is how it is and then not support your position with anything but rhetoric and emotion. Show me I'm wrong.
I'll look back at the thread and edit the country if necessary. I highly doubt it's necessary just as I highly doubt any reasonable person would have had that question after actually reading. But I'm often wrong, it's how I learn. You'd think I'd be a genius with so many lessons but, I'm slow.
And Van Man, I seriously mean no offense. I am messing with you, for reasons but I'm not mad or trying to make you mad, just wanted you to see how that reply looks to me. I'm talking about whatever countries in Uranus, wtf you think I'm talkin bout?
Oh and if Biden doesn't complete his term, The US being a country, Kamala being the leader would make her the Cunt, I mean count.
It's like dumb and plum, comb and bomb. I know, words can be difficult and tricky. Count of the country.
Would you hunt a punt as a runt around the front. Or is it frunt. Maybe just send a kite into flight without a fight or in spite as is your right Mr White from the height.
Roger target site in sight, bombs away, spirits aflight.
Take a tray that's not a sleigh, add a t and get a slate but not a sleight.
Such a simple easy language, I'm surprised any of us ever know what anyone is saying.
Let me know what it is you want to discuss unless the country really was your only question.
Thanks for the reply and enjoy the word games, kind of fun.

The Godfather of auditing, and one of the true journalists left in this country. God bless the homeless vets and Jeff Gray.
He's been doing this for over ten years now. He is more of an asset to our nation than an entire army division playing third world globocop and social worker wherever Uncle Sam's latest "nation building" project happens to be.
This was a very interesting audit. You seem to have verified rather quickly the crooked scheme in which this department was engaged. I hope this audit helped put an end to it.

The first cop seems very practiced at lying, almost like he was trained to lie by those that trained him.
For sure his verbiage is one of a person that knows exactly what they are doing wrong or right. He knows law.
Jason is a tyrant

These Criminals have been taking pages out of the Gestapo Handbook!!!
You got a verbal because they knew you had everything on dash cam. Good video Jeff. God bless the homeless vets.
The only suspicious part of this interaction was how the public servant followed him & lied multiple times to try and gain his identification, which clearly was the only reason for the stop.
Wow Liar Liar pants on fire! They deserve to be sued.
jeff, you're calm demeanor is amazing. thanks for your work. stay safe man.✌🏻
Can't wait till you put the complaint in and see the IA videos of the cops! Wish you would show more of those IA interviews when the cops realized that they done messed up! Good work my man! Good bless the homeless vets!
And until these issues are corrected in a court they will continue. Keep up the good work.
Lmao yea right I'm sure "court" can solve these deeply systemic issues
"You need to dispel my suspicion."
No, I don't.
THE QUESTION ON BWC AND DASH CAM IS "WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM PENALTIES UNDER THIS STATE, AND UNITED STATES CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS, FOR BEING TATTOOED OR NOT, WITHIN YOUR DEPTHS OF TRAININGS, TO ENABLE YOU AND THE FAILURES TO INTERVENES-LEOS, TO BE THE APPOINTED JUDGE, JURY, AND EXECUTIONERS OF "YOUR DEFINITIONS OF SUSPICIOUSNESS?"
So... essentially I need to prove my innocence before you even suspect me of a crime.
We need to get a priest, a rabbi, and a nun out there. That would open a whole can of suspicious activity!
“Active policing” sure sounds like “violating your fourth amendment rights!”
Jeff is THE MAN!
Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work.
That Van Halen joke absolutely CRUSHED. Went right over his head.

Axel, the manager, with his false report to the police that you were begging customers and harassing them was indeed false and could have gotten you killed and I am going to make sure he gets that through his "I'm afraid little brain".. it honestly disgusted me that they would call the cops on a guy for a sign that says God bless the homeless vets.. In my world, i would offer that person holding that sign a sandwich, not call men with guns to throw him in a fucking cage.. way to go authorities, you went a pissed off the yoga teachers of the world now.. I can't wait too fuck around with them to be perfectly honest
Man, when you got the namaste lovin yoga teachers pissed at you, you have crossed a line! But to be fair, I'm sure Axel has already gotten the message and he doesn't deserve to be hassled in his place or work over & over. But the real teaching is to try to interrupt people's knee-jerk reaction to call men with HS educations & guns to come deal with non threatening & non violent situations. *They only make things worse for everyone.* As Axel can 100% attest because if those cops didn't screw it all up, we wouldn't know Axels name! The bad cops did that, not Jeff.

Axel is going to learn Satya today.. and I hope he calls the same cops on me.. I hope I have the opportunity to ask them how having a sign that says God bless the homeless vets is "baiting".. I want to ask him if I should worry about him slamming me on the ground because I won't give him my name or do what he says.. if more than 3 show up, I'll ask which one is the wife beater.. oh I got questions baby and they ain't gonna like it and I honestly don't care how any of them FEEL about it..

They call this “ proactive policing” and do this to “keep the communication safe” love your content flager co needs a full time audited!
That is not proactive policing. These actions are non-compliance. Non-compliance with Terry. The cop's excuses are made up to justify an illegal stop. 316.125. Drive yielded and stopped before entering the roadway. Dashcam proves the driver stopped at the stop sign and signaled more than 30 ft from the sign. He then stated you have to {dispell my suspicion.} That is not how the system works nor is that a lawful order.
"Proactive policing" seems to go against Constitutional rights. That deputy lied to justify his unlawful detainment.
"active patrol" is the phrase the slave chaser sherrif used in the recording.
FTP They earn all the hate, vote the Mayor out of office hold the Mayor accountable for the police actions.
Investigation is complete and you were correct in the assumption that the police are improperly stopping and detaining without rightful cause.
I love everything you do Jeff. Thanks for educating these rights violators and their tactics. Sad that there is no accountability for these pirates behavior.
Cops need to stop lying. Everything to them is suspicious. Maybe we think they're suspicious.😂🤣
C0PS ARE TRAINED AND ENCOURAGED TO LIE. THEY ARE LAWFULLY ALLOWD TO DO SO
they are suspicious
What I find suspicious is that anyone would want to be a COP !!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
They're allowed to lie by law per SCOTUS. You should be a lot more angry and afraid than you are
The job of the citizen is not to dispel police officers suspicions
Cop (at the beginning) "Didn't come to a complete stop at stop sign"
Doesn't mention this lie again after the cameras are pointed out to him.
Nothing worse then someone who abuses their authority, against an innocent citizen. POS
2:54 The cop spoke really fast, he said, "you didn't come to a complete stop prior to the stop bar at the stop sign."
At 3:12 the cop stumbles over his words
He repeated it several times including to his direct supervisor.
Why did you leave this comment?
I have the up most respect for you and how you handled the situation, reeling them in for it or not and not breaking any traffic infractions anyway. That was intriguing to watch and informative. Also throwing in some corgil small talk at the end quoting some van Halens (hot teacher) lyrics regarding the joke.
Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the driver in America? Doesn’t he have the right to free travel? Doesn’t he have the right to not answer questions? When did Suspicion become a crime & is it a felony or misdemeanor?
If & when you encounter law enforcement, always do the following: 1. Invoke your 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th amendment rights
2. Never answer any questions without Your Lawyer present
3. Confirm you are being detained and for what “CRIME” you’re suspected of committing
4. When the copsplaining starts, request a supervisor
5. Always record every interaction with law enforcement or city employees for posterity
6. Remain calm & comply if things get physical. Remember you can win a court case on the side of the road
7. Always get names & badge numbers of every officer on the scene for posterity
8. Never go back & forth with law enforcement. The Supreme Court has ruled that officer’s can lie in the course of their duties.
9. Whenever necessary, file complaints and lawsuits against tyrants. Attack the money & everyone will bow!
Hope these tips keep people safe! Never allow an officer that you pay to bully you out of your rights! Stand Firm On The Constitution!💯✌🏽
Step 10. Be white, otherwise you will be mvrdered on step 2.
Got to love that an LEO can lie but you cannot lie to them.
That’s just it,...just because he lied about the probable cause does not make it a lawful stop.
Absolutely love your demeanor and intelligent ways of dealing with these cops…your doing good !!!!
Just seeing the cop pull up right behind you gave me anxiety. It’s sad that in todays world being pulled for doing nothing is the norm for police . I just wish Jeff gave the surprise that the officers were the one under investigation (showed his UA-cam channel) and that being suspicious isn’t grounds to be pulled over
I thought he did, he was bringing up.the traffic stop from the night before each time
I'm not sure why people say "in today's world", or "these days". Police are better than they have ever been. We have cameras now so they can't get away with all of their crimes. It was still common practice less than 20 years ago to rob, beat, and arrest any person for any reason.
Outstanding job somebody’s gotta go after these corrupt cops
My opinion;
I believe everyone should have cameras on their person and vehicles.
Great job Jeff!
Be safe everyone!
Get more training and do better or surrender your license, officer!!
ABOLISH QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!!!
Multiple, in fact several cameras, some, not in plain view , with unobtainable backups would be prudent in today's police state.
Yes, lots of cameras so you can prove your innocence….
Q: "What is the reason?"
A: "None of your business." I love the matter-of-fact way he says that! Cop wasn't expecting that. Beautiful. 😁
I love Van Halen and immediately got the reference 😂😂. We are getting old Jeff
I still use that line in the rare occasion that I’m late for work
The Hot for Teacher reference had me.
I suspect some even think that when you as an officer can pronounce the word 'suspicion' you have articulated enough to demand ID. ;-)
You have no 4th amendment in a car. It's been gone for decades
They got their way. Stopped for no reason, forced you to identify yourself, demonstrated dominance. They got all the way up in there. Gross violations
Damn...you just literally showed what the average person dreads everyday.
We try to avoid these idiot's but they will stalk us down.
Thanx for what you do Patriot.
They can’t even tell you why !
I'm curious if you could even sue for this type of stop. The courts give waaaay to much weight to officer discretion and ignorance.
But Jeff has an unbias witness, with a perfect memory, and can show the actual events as they happen for all to see.
Courts will side with the officer in this case because even if Jeff didn’t commit a violation the courts will claim the officer “believed” he did.
the dozens of calls to the sherriff offices, the IA investigation that Jeff will ultimately spark, the destruction of their facebook pages and all the other little things will pay out bigger than a lawsuit.
Pull-overs make the very best audits. Thank you always. 🙏
7:56 “is this a traffic stop” “no I stop him for suspicious vehicle”
His duty is to be honest, have integrity but he lost that as soon as he opened his mouth to Jeff and the sgt. Hes lost all credibility of a Leo.
No it's not. His duty is to fill jails. Cops are legally allowed to lie because it's more important to criminalize private citizens than to be helpful.
As usual Jeff, you prove you are willing to investigate tips, which is a valuable service for all of us. I am curious why you did not remark to the Sergeant that you had video evidence that the so-called infractions were bogus. Should I assume there’s more to come of this interaction? Thank you, Sir! 👍👍👍

(2) The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, building, private road or driveway within a business or residence district shall stop the vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across the alley, building entrance, road or driveway, or in the event there is no sidewalk area, shall stop at the point nearest the street to be entered where the driver has a view of approaching traffic thereon and shall yield to all vehicles and pedestrians which are so close thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard.

Wtf is improperly backing out of a driveway? Obviously it’s nothing but what’s “law” say. Back up to the right not the left?
Only back up 20 feet from driveway entrance any more is unlawful? Lol.
Basically once you pull into your driveway you can never ever back out again.
Of course you could always back into your driveway from the street but that’s illegal too.

Backing up while someone is passing perpendicular? Kinda makes since.
@@betrayalbegetsblood that would make sense but that didn’t happen here. The cop had passed before he started backing out. The cop had just cleared him a couple feet before he was moving back. So I could see a potential gray area in some eyes.
