DVC Fan makes Monday mornings sooo much better. I love waking up, having my coffee and listening to what the team has to say. That's it. That's the comment. Much love to the team at DVC Fan!
Have owned since 1995 and using DVC has changed over the years. As was stated in the pod, when my kids were young, we went to the parks every time. Then the parks fell out of favor and we would play golf, visit the space center and enjoy the resort. Now we take our grandson to the parks.
Loved this episode. We’ve been DVC 22 years and are ready for a Disney parks break. Would love a foodie show off property too. Highly suggest seeing a launch from Kennedy Space Center-saw a Space Ex launch 2 years ago and it was awesome.
That’s exactly what we do now. Our dvc is our second home. We don’t do just the Disney parks anymore. We explore so much else. Thanks for sharing so many other things to do!
Due to all of the recent BS surrounding Disney with Genie+, park reservations, over gouging... we used dvc to stay last July and took the kids to things they've never done before. Sea World properties, including Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. They loved the dolphin swim. It was a great time, but admittedly, it was kind of once and done. Can't see us doing those again anytime soon. We then stayed 5 nights at Portofino Bay and did all of the Universal Parks. We splurged and got a cabana at Volcano Bay with extended family. Solid day with tapu set up. Universal attractions appear much more sophisticated and thrilling than the average Disney attraction. It's definitely a bigger hit with the teens onward. Hoping to return to Disneyworld sometime in 2024, if things settle a bit.
I had fun doing the Cypress Lake Airboat Tours. Blue Springs watching the manatees when they come in for the winter. Flagler Beach is fun for folks outside the Orlando area.
I am listening to this show (and enjoying it!) as the news cycle of the day is harping on your Governor’s threat to Disney to build a prison in the Reedy Creek area. How does that fit into promoting the greater Orlando tourist area(?)! What effect do these type of threats potentially have on tourism in general and DVC values in particular? Appreciate a local perspective because from a distance it does not seem promising. Thx for any comments and always for the great content. 👍🏻
Go go the springs??? I thought, per Pete, you were supposed to stay out of the damn lakes! Seriously, sharks and gators are my biggest fears when I visit FL!!!
Well, many of us appreciate the topic because the parks can get boring, crowded, and stressful. I myself love staying at the resorts and I’m looking for fun things to do outside of the expensive , crowded and stressful parks

Do you all think there is a chance Disney would ever build a Gulf Coast DVC property? that would be icing on the cake for the Florida DVC resorts.
Was having a rough Monday until this video dropped. Thanks for adding some Disney sunshine on a gloomy Monday!

Wow, I’m surprised you guys are actually plugging another park outside of Disney. Informative show. Love it.

The Grills in Cape Canaveral is one of the restaurants you can watch cruise ships leave from. Great food.
Great topic!
We really enjoyed the Morse Museum in Winter Park (inexpensive and not a huge time commitment), a meal in Winter Park, and antiquing along Orange Ave.
Good show, definitely looking for things to do outside of WDW while staying DVC. Looking forward to the restaurant episode
Great Ideas for fun. I have to check out Volcano Bay
Take a car trip to Sarasota and visit the Ringling Museum.
Disneyland dvc villa ..$230 per point...May 2nd we can buy...point charts are avaliable.

The truth comes out Paul
Paul is a Buckeye too?! I knew you were good people 🙂 O-H
The tapu tapu was screwed up for us the entire day!
Dr.Pol lives in Michigan
How do they keep the alligators out of the Springs??😮 😱
How about a split stay with Orlando DVC and Vero Beach

No , water parks are not theme parks especially for us older folks. Just ask Pete.
Horrible topic. I like the show (not this one)
I’m a member that goes to Disney for Disney. Boo👎
