as a past member of a chinese orchestra, i absolutely love how he collabed with chinese musicians - and incorporated chinese instruments too (dizi and guzheng). kurt really never disappoints 😌
You should check out the genshin impact live concerts, they do massive Chinese orchestral pieces from the game, it’s simply amazing

Who knew such a masterpiece can start with a chopstick, a toothbrush, a switch and something I don't even know!
The other thing is called a guiro! The ones that I've used in the pased are all carved to look like frogs, they're actually pretty cute
I forget t to mention, guiro are played by running the stick along it's back making a sound that's similar to the croaking of a frog or by tapping the frogs head with the stick to make a percussive sound like in the video!
Oh damn that flute hit hard, incredible. I already love the original but this was truly a joy
That feeling when you just hit AR20+, then the quest suddenly switches to "Rite of Descension", then you go and trek through the entirety of Liyue to get to Liyue Harbor.
Or that time when you fully expected a huge, badass dragon to come down from the skies, just to see "Morax" crash down during the ceremony, making everyone panic.
Childe greeting you as you instantly become suspicious of him being a Harbinger, and him introducing you to Zhongli.
The annoying Adepti quests with all the climbing, and the amazing Osial fight at the end, with the shock and surprise that Zhongli and Signora made a contract for his gnosis.
Liyue's Archon Quest truly was one of the best arcs in-game.

@ben azaria ....I was referring to the one titled "Genshin Impact THEME SONG!" because I only remember 3 videos including that, this latest one and Liyue.
My girlfriend cried while listening to this and I just shred tears, we are both AR 59 players who started playing since release, and the adventure, music, and fun times of being a Newbie is truly a gem for us both that will remain for long.

As soon as the music started it reminded me of the very first lantern rite, Xiao sitting on the cliff and all those lanterns. It's almost an year now that I rolled for Xiao. The nostalgia just kicked in.

Never played the game, but gosh loving this piece so much!! Has so many elements I love about Asian instruments! One of my favorite things has always been the guzheng. This was so satisfying and calming to listen to!!

You should play the game even if it is only to experience the music. They did a phenomenal job making it sound so authentically Chinese
Everything else should be judged by you but let me tell you that the soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous ! I even find myself triggering an enemy just to listen to the battle theme

Later when Genshin Impact released the proper ost on their channel I was so in love and seeing my favourite OST getting such an amazing remake that too by the UA-camr i used to follow a lot when I was a kid, Kurt..... Moon In One's Cup has always been my favorite even before the official release, because I watched the Chapter preview for the Genshin storyline. Then, there's my all time favorite, The First Lantern Rite ost. I waited months for the first Lantern Rite and it was all very much worth it.
