- Las Vegas Strip during the closure March 24, 2020
I went to the strip today and walked from Miracle Mile Shops to the Venetian. I saw a few people out including skateboarders and joggers. Everyone seemed in good spirits but still somewhat bewildered at how the strip looks without scads of people roaming around.

Hey whoever made this video thank you very much last time I was in Vegas was 15 years ago. The place still looks beautiful. As for the guy who ran you off the property he's a no good loser for making you leave. Again thank you.
You are very welcome.
Nice video. I didn't see anyone run you off though.
00:06 I like your zooming into the pane effect. You always have great motion capture.
07:44 Beautiful transition.
Good job OneManOneCamera.
Thank you very much!
@@OneManOneCamera No worries mate.
Thank you! So sad to see my favorite place deserted. Stay safe
It is so weird seeing the place empty.
This is crazy. I never thought I would see this happen. Thanks for the update and stay safe.
Me too and you guys stay safe also.
Wow, I would of been here today enjoying Vegas... Stay safe and hopefully we will be there soon
I hope your next trip is a blast!
Wondering what Vegas looks like after dark ? Lights on ?
Lights are on but I have not gone to the strip at night.
You got some great shots. Hey what were the cranes for by the Venitian?
Thanks! I think those cranes are for the Venetian pool renovation... But they've been there for a while so I'm not sure.
I bet it’s spooky at night walking the strip. Even the birds r bored
Great filming.
Thanks!
@@beavispdx I was near that McD's by the Mandalay Bay yesterday and a pigeon kept walking by me. lol. I think he was looking for snacks
This is truly heartbreaking! My favorite place in the USA. So sad to see this!
Yes, it is really hard to see this and not wonder about everything.
Nice job buddy, definitely a different perspective.
Yep, these are some very strange times.
This reminds me of the TV show life after people Las Vegas.
Hmmm... I don't know that show.
Wow that's Erie! Its like being in an apocalypse. Guess I won't be visiting anytime soon. Very sad.
It does feel like the being of the end with these massive buildings empty.
OneManOneCamera thank you for capturing the real Vegas as we go through this troubling time. Stay safe and healthy! I bet they add doors with locks to some of the casinos after this.
4:48.. Standing in the middle of the boulevard!!! EPIC..
I know, I almost missed getting the shot.
Did you shoot it on a tripod?
Yes. I wanted to get stable shots for this.
Wow the city that never sleeps it's finally finally sleeping for all these years I bet all the casinos are relief of resting
I think many of the casinos are using this type to complete maintenance... painting, changing carpet, polishing things, etc.
MGM properties are going thru $14.4 million per day and have enough cash to do that for about 10 more months. We’re booked to be there the 4th of July week
I think it's $14.4 million per month
What property told u not to videotape hell nobody's there
That was in front of the Venetian and when I was near the LINQ, security "reminded" me not to cross the property line. I guess their bosses have some type of issues.
probably the boss and security have the opportunity to steal all $$$ and give back to 👽👽👽👽 LMAO
Nice video 👍
Thank you!
Some people get intimidated easily
I was at the Las Vegas sign like 2 months ago there was this couple taking selfies I was next in line I saw that the guy had a DSLR on his neck so I asked them "hey I could take pictures for you" they said "oh thank you" so I went and took pictures and then we moved to the side so others can take their pictures but then a "professional photographer" approaches me and says to me that this is his hour, from my understanding no one is assigned to take pictures at the sign 😂
Seriously? lol. What a clown.
@@OneManOneCamera ya like bruhhh
Hollywood must be getting some archival footage for the next doomsday movie.
I almost went looking for a tumbleweed to throw in front of the camera to emphasize the emptiness.
Nice video. The loser who told you to leave should have been happy you were there because everyone else was gone.
I agree. There is a huge interest in what is happening on the ground here.
WOW WHAT A SITE
Yep. It is someting noone expected to see.
Hope the casino properties are doing some serious cleaning. Good time to do it, so to speak
That and fixing all the wobbly fixtures.
So very sad. That is our second home.
It's really bad. Approx. 200k workers strip workers.
Now the strip looks like an unfinished game.
That is true.
You film beautiful view 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯
Thank you!
And to think last month I was having a slice of pin up pizza 😢
Me too, so sad
I've been meaning to try that place. When things revive, I'm going to hit them up.
@@OneManOneCamera you should
@@OneManOneCamera $7.00 slices pretty good nice size
Those who failed to stock up for emergencies ahead of time....are the first ones to suffer.
You are not wrong.
So sad
I roam around a lot and it's terrible.
@@OneManOneCamera when we're went down there the first day of the closure, we counted about 55 homeless hanging around the casinos on the strip...I can't imagine what downtown looked like that day
Creepy
It is a weird feeling to see empty sidewalks.
Just Sooo Depressing" Hope this thing goes away fast! Horrible..
I agree 100%!
