Ok , so I was thinking this was the George Forman grill all over again , been there lol , but then I saw you could use open and when closed you can have the lid pop to set on top properly , that is awesome
You made me so hungry I believe that my husband would really enjoy the steak as well I have the grill and griddle all I need is the buttery steak rub.😊
Earlier this year I found the perfect indoor grill. It has been such a unicorn that it hasn’t made me even want for an outdoor grill. Perfect steaks. Today I got my Pampered Chef Grill & Griddle. I will be honest and say I purchased for the griddle function and I LOVE it for that but I tried steaks on it and it’s very George Foreman-ish. I will try again but I was hopeful it could replace the grill I’ve come to love so much because I’m space challenged.
That buttery steak seasoning sounds so awesome! I’m normally a charcoal grill guy but I just got the PC griddle and I am anxious to try out steaks! That seasoning would be so awesome on the steak and also mom roasted potatoes with onions!
I’m so much looking for a seasoning. I used to buy this “ ‘Santa Maria - 1911” ‘ - ‘Chicken & Steak (pepper - paprika - coriander - garlic) , perfect for chicken & red meat’ “ at my local grocery store but it disappeared 😢. My eldest son is as honest as yours when it comes to his opinion on the quality of my cooked meals. Ever since he was little, whenever I had changed only the brand of one ingredient he would always say “It tastes dífferent....(!?)” I love your channel and your humor and I’m learning great stuff in the meantime.
Ohhh I've never heard of Santa Maria 1911! I'm totally bummed when I lose my fav seasoning... Makes me want to stock up! Thanks for your kind words, I sure have fun :)
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking I will most definitely share my address with you. If this seasoning is as good as you say I will sure to be having a future (‘after COVID’) holiday to the USA. I’m looking forward to visit you, ua-cam.com/users/ProofBread and a friend of mine in NYC.
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking btw I’m now not shocked you’ve never heard of it. It comes from Sweden (took me a while to be able to read those utterly small letters).
I want a griddle so bad! I just bought a air fryer last month so if I get another large PC box my husband will give me the evil eye - lol The buttery steak seasoning looks and sounds great too. I love your videos, they are straight to the point and I have learned so much from you. You have taken the fear away from my air fryer. Thanks!
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking I was just getting ready to suggest she watch some food videos using the grill! My boyfriend was sitting beside me when a video came on of my rep cooking cinnamon buns on the waffle plates and said "I want that", which took away any guilt I was going to have about more PC boxes.
@@AdventuresinEverydayCooking I just hosted a PC party and it was too big of a success. I kept getting more orders so got more free things. That meant I *had to* get both the grill AND the air fryer! Loving and learning. Thanks so much for these friendly videos. "Let's try" is your motto and I'm not a natural cook, so your enthusiasm always grabs me! Thanks Heather :-)
*Leave the probe IN the steak until it's done resting :) I'm actually a PC consultant but I just now ordered this grill / griddle / waffle maker (60% off, of course!!). Thanks for sharing the how-to ... I normally grill my steaks on a charcoal Webber, however I will definitely be trying the probe and automatic shut off. :)
OMG! Absolutely the best steak that I have had in a loooong time! I used Montreal Steak Spice (being from Canada where your spice isn't available). Along with grilled asparagus, mushrooms and onions. Wow!
That look amazing and everything is better with butter. I would love to try the rub/seasoning . I would use on veggies and maybe baked potato. Thanks Heather, I love your adventures in the kitchen and that grill looks amazing. Anything with the grill you don't care for?
There are a few things that I think, huh, I wish that would BLANK... but generally I am loving all the features! The biggest deal is the little tipping lid function. It should lock into place and release with a button, but I understand why it doesn't. It's when you have your hands messy and you don't want to engage a button, but it would make it more secure when hovering. I don't know if that makes sense. LOL
I would use it on Potatoes, Broccoli, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Turnips and of course Steak because you did!! Honestly sounds like buttery heaven in jar. I’d use it on everything!! By the way, I love your videos and want to personally thank you for being down to earth and fun to watch. You always have me cracking up!! You’re my favorite.
Ok. You are just adorable!! I just got this from Pampered Chef and all I've cooked on it so far are eggs, bacon, pancakes, and waffles (splurged and got the extra plates). I will definitely be trying this! Thank you for being adorable and for teaching me how to cook the most perfect steak to the perfect "done-ness", and that I can also grill veggies on it!!! 😲
Welcome to the adventure! I just used mine for pizza last night. Still my favorite way to make homemade pizza! There's a video on it ;) ua-cam.com/video/s79SOLpflu0/v-deo.html
The probe is connected to the grill. I think that you can def leave your probe in while it cooks as long as it is metal and the electronic bits are away from the grill itself.
LOL 😂 my wife just bought me one of these grills and I’ve got two bone in ribeyes ready to grill. I’m sure it will work just fine with a bone in the meat.
Well all I can say is, if you don’t send me that seasoning I’m DEFINITELY going to have to buy some. You are the one who showed me that pig tickle seasoning and it is AWESOME, so we obviously have the same (good) taste ;)
The grill is great and convenient for a lot of things like a perfect panini and other grilled meat. For steak… I tried it; it’s not bad… It is fools proof. But if you like a nice crust/char on your indoor steak, stick with a cast iron pan. Just my opinion.
Costco carries that Kinder's Buttery Steak seasoning out here in CT.
It's great on everything!
I love your videos thank you for sharing them. I would LOVE to try that seasoning!!!

Looks great. Love some buttery steak seasoning
I would love to try this steakhouse seasoning. I just received my pc griddle and ready to fire it up!
I really like how she talked about her 18-year-old son! My son was like that when he was that age.
My grill is on its way! I think that steak will be one of the first things that I make! Thanks for the encouragement.
Woot woot woot!!!! I'm having fun with this one!
The seasoning made me realize we must be close to each other 😂 gotta love Kinders and PC
I would use it for sure on steak and veggies, but I'd like to try it on chops and fish too.
Great video

Is that probe connected to the grill? I have a cuisenart griddler and a separate probe, can I leave it in while my meat cooks?
The probe is connected to the grill. I think that you can def leave your probe in while it cooks as long as it is metal and the electronic bits are away from the grill itself.
The Kinder butter flavor would be good on hamburgers too! We three think we want to try it on steak we have in the freezer. Great demo!
That would be a great prize . I would use it on pork tenderloin !
Would love to try the seasoning on chicken. I’m dieting and on week 14....different seasonings are a must for chicken breasts these days.
It's fantastic on chicken!
I would use it on chicken and veggies
LOL 😂 my wife just bought me one of these grills and I’ve got two bone in ribeyes ready to grill. I’m sure it will work just fine with a bone in the meat.
I have done a bone in lamb chop, and it works, but the bone def gave me the whatfor. ;)
Is the seasoning like what people call prairie dust?
Ohhh I don't know. I will have to go down a rabbit hole to decipher that!

I wanted to see what the steaks looked like inside.🙁
Lady, half bottle of olive oil is not a small amount
LOL
I like my steak more well done but it all looked really good.
10 bucks for a 1/4 inch ribeye? Rip off.. let’s go brandon
