Guess I’m just old, but if I am going to spend that much money and time, I would want a house. Sounds like the house would be cheaper. Very nice work and I’m sure it’s Great out on the ride. But I am old and like my music room, bedroom, kitchen ect. People have lost their minds . Today young people have gone crazy. My children in their mid and early twenties are very grounded. They bought homes and work a regular job every day. I’m so Proud of them. I wish more young people believed in themselves. You can be or do anything as this young man has shown us. He wanted this truck and didn’t take his eyes off the prize until he got it ! Good job !👍🇺🇸🙏
Miss the old days of simple camping Eskies when your an apprentice.. Now its got to have the best of everything and greatest to enjoy it 😦 A world we live in
That is one the best and most well thought out builds i've seen Some really original ideas too, great to see you didn't follow the pack Congrates mate, that thing is unreal
Might integrate some of the ideas from old mate into my own setup/build. Awesome setup would be awesome to get the measurements and etc for the slide out pantry and trundle tray kitchen.
Great car and alot of great ideas all the hard work is done. The kitchen is great. All the best on the road. I hope to see some video memories you guys are great in front of the camera.
Danm i was worried mine would be top heavy this puts my mind at ease. Quick guess maths tent 80kg steel rack 25kg, 2x jerrys 40kg, highlift 20kg. Assorted boards/gear~ 35kg. 80+40+25+20+35= 200kg above roof hight. Had to edit due to shite spelling
I am over 60 , I reckon people take to much luggage on the road, you need only basic needs ,I got a canopy much the same .one side a kitchen the other a bed, with pull out drawers on both sides , one side clothes other side sink, knife, fork etc fridge on top gas cooker, Harley use that.that it.
Hey mate brilliant setup! Got one question with your privacy tent how do you go about using it with the hot water system swung meaning you can't close the canopy door unless you swing it back in? If that's what you do, have you had any overheating issues and what not with the system? Cheers, Anthony
I,m confused if your hot water system swings out the canopy door has to be open , so if the canopy door is open how do you drop down the shower curtain ? If you let down the curtain the door has to be shut and you can't access the hot water system .
I sure wish we could get these in Canada! Looks like an awesome rig and the rear kitchen is a good idea too. Is that a Frontrunner toiletries bag? North West Overland Rally is next week in Plain Washington so maybe can pick one up there!
The trundle tray kitchen is an awesome bit of kit, setup of the vehicle is fantastic
wicked build thumbs up. love the kitchen pulling out the back, i thank thats the way to go for the futrue

A coupla legends with a mint set up!!!
great rig mate! What additional theft deterrent measures have you taken? ie: locks, safes etc?
Be good to hear how the trundle kitchen goes, trundles get absolutely shaken to death on corrugations
What is the pop up like up in stronger winds?
Love the kitchen, been thinking of something similar

Can anyone give me a rough estimate how much a tray/canopy set up like this costs?
wow
That's a gr8 setup 👌
nice one mate you seem pretty handy, are you a tradesman?
I,m confused if your hot water system swings out the canopy door has to be open , so if the canopy door is open how do you drop down the shower curtain ? If you let down the curtain the door has to be shut and you can't access the hot water system .
the shower ensuite swings out aswell im pretty sure
He makes reference to the shower curtain swings out and drops down, therefore the canopy door can remain open. Shower is behind the rear bumper.
@@campbellwilson4019 No watch it again the hot water swings out the shower curtain drops straight down
@@darrenhacking9350 yes the hot water swings out, but the shower curtain does also, I promise!
I sure wish we could get these in Canada! Looks like an awesome rig and the rear kitchen is a good idea too. Is that a Frontrunner toiletries bag? North West Overland Rally is next week in Plain Washington so maybe can pick one up there!
