This was actually relaxing to watch xD I do something similiar and I also use the shea moisture jbco leave-in but the thing is I bought it before of the shea moisture scandal. I was using it until it would finish (I couldnt return it so I just used it until I ran out of it). Now I'm looking for a replacement cuz even tho it does work in my hair and scalp (I also like to feel a bit of product in my scalp sometimes) I cant keep putting black money on a company that disrespected me and my struggles (PERSONAL OPINION). So do you recommend any other leave-in, that you already tried out?

shea moisture don't work for me. Do you plan just sticking with that company? Or might change it up.

What about Shea Moisture products doesn't work for you? Does it leave a residue or something? I'll be happy to repurchase if I really love a product or try something new just because of purchase if they go on sale, but I don't need to stick with Shea Moisture for the sake of it. I know of other products that are 1/3 of the price and work and smell just as nice :)

I'm sad to say that I was so disappointed with the jamaican black castor oil from Shea moisture as soon as I put it on my hair I lost all slip and my hair felt dried out as though I had put intense shampoo on it. Sure enough I looked at the ingredients on the back of the container and saw that there are two different alcohols in the product. Now I understand why people are saying they changed their formula. Just thought I'd share my experience, may not be everyones but it happened :(

Is it the the whole JCBO line or just the Leave-in conditioner in this video? I kind of get what you mean about the dryness afterwards (in the morning for me) I always use a tiny bit of thick moisturiser after taking out the twists whereas with any other leave in I wouldn't....hmmmm. This is more of a re-twist out 'aid' and something to help the curl hold. The alcohol definitely explains something. Maybe this product has worked for me because I use it almost nightly? I'm not sure...That's something to consider I guess. Thank you for sharing. Can I recommend 'ORS Monoi oil Anti-Breakage Leave-in conditioner' instead? Could be a nice alternative :)

You could try ORS Fertilizing Temple Balm, I used it a long time ago when I had a bald spot in the front.

I got the She Moisture product from a shop in the UK called Superdrug. They were on a special offer of 3 for 2 at the time. The Wild Growth Hair Oil is from Amazon. You can get both on Amazon 😊
