Galaxy A13 & A14: How to Factory Reset (Hard Reset & Soft Reset) for Resell or Clean Slate

I show you 2 ways on how to factory reset (hard reset & soft reset) a Samsung Galaxy A13 (same for A14) 5G smartphone for a clean slate or if you want to resell the phone. Note with a factory reset you will lose all your personal settings, data, photos, videos etc so if anything is important hopefully you have a back up. Also remember if you have a google account (gmail account) synced to the phone and you didn't remove it before the factory reset then you need that gmail/password info to complete setup after the reset.
