- This video is just a glimpse of a typical quick overnight RV trip. Most of our trips are extended weekends and sometimes longer. We usually do some type of hiking or outdoor activity. Casual shore fishing is a big part of many of our trips that don't involve national parks.
There is no perfect way to travel or camp, but this video just shows you how we do it.
Some items I showed in the video.

Rubber band for pan covers: amzn.to/49QWajP
4 Towel bar hanger. This hanger is about 4 inches longer than the standard size: amzn.to/4bcUEto
Smaller bath towels. Double check the dimensions. These towels aren't the best for larger bodies: amzn.to/3xRI6Jr
Bug zapper we have. These work much better than expected. There may be newer models you might want to check. Ours has the old style Micro USB charge plug. amzn.to/3QqLiCb
Cast iron pan cover: amzn.to/3QqLD7V
Diesel Fuel Treatment I have always used. I did buy more smaller containers to refill: amzn.to/49WwiTD
Most of my videos are some type of DIY videos.

I love how you take care of your fishing 🎣 poles !
Thank you. I really like the set up we have.
Trip was a success and the food looked great!
Was a great quick trip.
Thanks for sharing. Nice to see how you do it. May need to get some fishing gear of my own. Dad always had more than enough.
Not sure if I mentioned that we're now leaning towards a Class B and have a couple of manufacturers short listed; Embassy RV and ModVans, by name. Both non-traditional builders but with special build methods that are attractive to our way of thinking. In particular, both on the Transit AWD, all electric, large Lithium systems and no generator or propane with "4-season" capability to allow us to travel even in winter conditions if we what.
Definitely add some fishing poles if you can. Class B will be easier to maneuver and much longer list of quality c
Class B builders.
Great to make lifetime memories with the family 👍. I had similar issues with our rv door light. Got tint vinyl film sheet kit off Amazon to cover it, cheap and easy. I tried both orange and yellow. Orange attracts less bugs but blocked too much light for my taste. Settled on yellow. Blue is available too. Try a rechargeable bug zapper to catch any inside.
Yes definitely great memories. The film is a good idea. I do have 2 indoor catcher/zappers. I left them at home thinking I wouldn't need them on this trip.
