Really great review and video quality! I also have the same string buzzing issue with my Orangewood Echo. So it’s definitely not specific to this model.
I have owned four Orangewood guitars and what I noticed on all of them is they set the action a little too low. The result is that there's always buzzing somewhere. A simple 1/8 turn of the truss rod solves the problem.
Ah good to know. I took mine to get setup, and it turns out it was the string buzzing against the frets towards the headstock behind whatever note I was holding. I forgot the proper term, but yeah they raised the nut a little bit and it was all fixed!
Nice review man! Did yours come without the pick guard or did you remove it?

It’s supposed to come pre-installed. I’m assuming it was likely left off because it was an “almost perfect” item.
