Any citizen of India can question the decisions of the SC. To claim that a citizen cannot, it only means that India is nothing but an abysmal case of a fascist country that is still beholden to its feudal past.
@@cyrilabraham1776it can be a contemp if and only if there is a threat or obstruction of justice , the member that put out the question and demanded for a movement or change of sorts that opposes the court's verdict. It is in fact an obstruction as the verdict is challenged in it's core principle. They will not file any case or oppose him due to various power struggle and stuff but he has in fact reached very close to committing contempt.

In both the abrogation of Article 370 and the verdict on Ram Mandir there was political pressure on the SC. The governor sitting in Delhi cannot be aware of the aspirations of the Kashmiri people. This was done in 1925 by the Maharaja of Kashmir to safeguard the interests of the Kashmiri people so that Kashmir valley doesn't become an extension of UP by settlement of the non-locals by the Central Government to change the demographic pattern. It was also a major condition in the instrument of accession. Why don't you publish the Instrument of Accession so that things get cleared up.

@@SexyGamer6969 we all know the separatist mindset of the DMK right from its origins and therefore, what the DMK member was trying to quote and say cannot be doubted, no matter how much he was trying to sugar coat it later. But it was not correct on the part of the Vice President to bar that member from finishing his point. It is not allowed. He did not even try to listen to the reasoning that member was trying to give. The point that the DMK member was raising was not explicitly separatist. Like I said, you and I know the mindset of the DMK, but in an official democratic setup we cannot use our biases to interpret one's sentence. So, it was clearly undemocratic to not allow the DMK member to explain his point and he was stopped by the chair after mere citation of Periyar's quote. And you have to be totally blind to not see that the Vice President Dhankar is heavily biased towards the BJP. My comment is balanced against both the sides. Only those inclined towards either side will see bias in my comment. 🙂

Such anti national and separatist statements can't be allowed inside parliament. The chairperson did quite the right thing, his time was already over, extra time shouldn't have been allowed justify his separatists agenda. Even rest of opposition should have opposed these statements in parliament which unfortunately they didn't.
@@RohitKumar-ls2ss it is one thing for us to discuss something on the internet or between ourselves and another to discuss in the parliament. You keep your emotions out when entering the parliament. How can you be so sure that the DMK member was talking about separatism? "Right to self-determination" does not necessarily mean separatism. It can mean a lot of things. It can simply mean involving people in decision making, it can mean federalism, it can mean autonomy, or it can mean separatism. So, how can you call the DMK member's statement separatist when he could not even complete his sentence? This is obviously our interpretation since we all know the dangerous politics that the DMK has played since its inception, including the politics of secession, at times. But as I said, in a democracy, you cannot accuse someone of something merely on the basis of suspicion or interpretation. Something has to be explicit in nature for that person to bear the consequences of it. Try to understand my comment by temporarily discarding your emotions and biases, and you will understand.
We all love our motherland and stand united as a rock to protect our sovereignty. But we cannot discard our reasoning skills and scientific temper to become emotional fools. We don't have to be insecure over every itsy-bitsy stuff. India is here to stay and nothing is going to undo it.

The context he was referring to, about "self determination" was of separatist nature. The discussion wasn't going on about some healthcare bill or union budget. It was about Kashmir and article 370 which itself was of separatist nature. Simply can't be allowed as per constitution. You need to study the constitution and also about what it says about anything that is separatist in nature.

A bill should be passed against any MPs using foul language or misconduct to oust them from house n he/she will not be able to contest n enter the house. Strict action must be taken.
